As per recommended sizing chart on Chewy order site, I ordered size for a pony and its WAY too large for our 40" (10H) shetland gelding. Unfortunately, customer service won't accept returns at this time and suggested chewy credit to now place a reorder for the right sizing. I now also am to donate this wrong sized item I paid for and cannot use here :0( Being December and limited time already -I find it frustrating this is now on me to donate in my no free time, because Chewy is not taking returns at this time.....so I'm not only out the cash and the product I am needing desperately today, I am very Frustrated - if sizing recommended on your site was more accurate we would have product paid for and needed without this hassle of extra now on my part and no time to do donating until after December..... Also, in reordering I'm being penalized and having to pay more for the exact same item of which I used and applied a Chewy discount coupon for my initial order in order to afford it in the first place . Not happy. and most likely will not order again due to this experience. With the credit Chewy did issue me via a gift card on my account , I am now forced with having to try a less costly product and size now altogether. :0(

It works wonderfully

My horse needs a grazing muzzle. She accepts it well. It is easy to keep clean, airy and fairly light. It was easy to fit with the directions given.

I have purchased grazing muzzles over and over and over and our pony always finds a way to slip out of them and or destroy them! This one is the only one that has lasted more than a month with no signs of wear or tear! I’d say I would purchase it again, but I’m happy to report I don’t think I will have to! This is the only miniature horse muzzle I have ever bought that works. (I’ve purchased everything they have available on Chewy and SmartPak in mini or pony sizes.

This is a durable and comfortable muzzle with excellent air flow. My sensitive, thin-skinned mare who is extremely prone to rubs does very well in this.

I read the instructions and tried to set the fit as described however it still rubbed a sore on my pony’s chin after just a couple of days so unfortunately had to remove it and try a different brand. Well made though. Disappointed it didn’t work for us but others in our barn use it without issue successfully.
