The glycerin used in GREENIES is exclusively plant based (palm oil) - no animal sources. Greenies does not use petroleum-based glycerin or, said another way, synthetic glycerin.
Do these need to be stored in the refrigerator once opened? Thank you.

Good product but packaging makes it easily damaged

It's a great idea and my dog love it but my package was smashed in the box so it's one big blob now. Needs to be in a sturdy package so they maintain the shape. I would recommend this but not shipped maybe from the store until they figure out shipping issues so they aren't ruined. P.S. I did not ask for a refund because I needed it right away and I'm basically rolling the mess into a ball and she still gets the medicine down. CHEWY would absolutely send me another bag no problem but it still won't fix the smashing in shipping issue if with other products.

Very easy to use

My dog has to take Thyroid pills every day twice a day plus pills for allergies. It was quite "Fun" trying to get him to take the pills "hidden" in different foods! Tried the Peanut Butter flavored Pill Pocket & DING DING DING!! We have a WINNER! I put his pills in the pockets & then I "forget about them" and put them in my pocket & go sit down ...my dog is like "I smell Peanut Butter! You have treats in your pocket!" Lol THEN he wants them! Thankful for Peanut Butter flavored Pill Pockets!

Dogs won't eat

I have a dog that has recently been put on medication that I was told not to split or crush, she has to take it whole, in the past I've taken pills and cut them into smaller pieces and hid in their food, this new medication also has to be given on an empty stomach. I purchased the chicken pill pockets and she refuses to take it, even my other dog who I don't have to give the pill to won't eat the pocket. I decided to try the peanut butter, neither one of them will have anything to do with it either.

A godsend for a sick pet

This has made giving our dachshund seizure meds 3 times a day so easy. She loves them, and has no resistance to taking the meds wrapped up in them. They are a bit pricey, which makes for some jealousy when I can't afford to give our other 2 dachshunds a pill pocket as a treat. Highly recommend.

Don't get these with your dog food on Auto send

These are wonderful....however, if you order them to be a recurrent order and you also receive dog food in said order they will arrive as one large puck with no pockets. Squashed flat to 1/4" and a big blob,

Dogs Love Them, Not Allergy Friendly

Very convenient and my dogs seem to enjoy them. A lot less work/mess than peanut butter! However, the first three ingredients are usually the strongest and the first ingredient in the peanut butter flavored ones is... chicken. My younger dog could not have these on her elimination diet or once her allergies were identified. Just seems counterproductive. I wish they were just straight peanut butter.

My girls love these!

One of my girls is on some pretty nasty meds for the remainder of her life. I cut the pills In 1/2 and use 2 pill pockets to get her to take her pills easily. It works! I just put them on her food and she gobbles them down!

Pill Pockets are really helpful!

I use Greenies Pill Pockets for giving my dog his thyroid medication tice a day. There is never a complaint; he wolfs them down. I also break one pill pocket in half and fill the holes in his rubber bone, and it takes him a while to get them out. That gives me time to finish my bagel before he wants the plate!

My dog loves them

My dog loves these and they are recommended by her cardiologist. She takes several pills a day and makes it so much easier and as long as you keep the package sealed between use they don’t dry out.

Greenies Pill Pockets

Received as ordered and on time. Our dog loves them and it makes my life of giving him his meds a whole lot easier. I inadvertently ordered the large pockets, but that's okay. The dog likes them big and if I'm feeling cheap I can cut them in half and hide the pill just fine.
