been buying this dog food for years, my dog is not picky and it's important to me to buy animal-free food. the last 3 orders have all had wildly different colors and textures, the newest batch (received sept 2025) is much thinner and darker seeming almost burnt. reached out and learned they changed the formula fairly recently, fyi for anyone else who noticed this. not thrilled with the quality control and hesitant to repurchase.

They get regular check ups and they’re in perfect health. I was skeptical about this dog food at first so I mixed it with Blue Buffalo chicken and rice out of caution for the first year and gradually weened it out.
