Is it safe for the dog to be lifted by the handle?

The handle on this harness is designed for close control and steady assistance only, such as guiding or restraining a dog briefly. It is not recommended to lift a dog by the handle, as the harness is not intended to support a dog’s full body weight. If it is ever necessary to assist a dog over an obstacle or into a vehicle, we advise ensuring that the back legs are supported at the same time to avoid placing strain on the dog’s body or the harness itself.

Size range issue

At smaller sizes, the chest pad doesn't sit flush leaving a bunch of space that just sways back n forth. Nicely constructed just doesn't fit

Didn't Fit

Harness was great but it just didn't fit my pup. He has a deep chest. It's hard to find harnesses that fit him right. I liked the reflective parts and the color

A little loose

It's a great design for our walks, but even with the straps being at their smallest, it's still a little loose in the front. I don't know if I should have ordered

Great for moderate pullers, make sure you measure!

I got the XL for my 100lbs dog, and it fits pretty good. My dog is a bit oddly shaped (oval torso) and was right on measurements for being a L or XL. I think a L

I got the XL for my 100lbs dog, and it fits pretty good. My dog is a bit oddly shaped (oval torso) and was right on measurements for being a L or XL. I think a L would have worked a bit better. Overall I like the handles and multiple clips, 2 on the back and one in front. For my dog: it just doesn't feel secure enough due to the foam base for me, because of 1- the way my dog is shaped (poor guy can't help that!), and 2- my dog is a heavy puller and tough on the leash. If your dog is a light to moderate puller, this harness is great. As the foam would be really comfortable on the body and the handles offer great control. I also really love the blue color.

We have a boxer who is 75 pounds and it is always difficult to find a harness that fits his deep chest. This harness is a large and fits him well. It is at the outer limits on extending around his chest so while this fits well I think the XL would have fit too. Some others we've tried with him rub behind his legs in the armpit area but this one is back further so there is no rubbing or skin irritation. We've also had issues with other harnesses moving a lot so they don't stay centered but this one has been great with staying place. It helps reduce his pulling to make walks easier and the handle is perfect for better control if we need to keep him close.

Great harness, just not suited for my dog

I really wish this harness worked out for my 10-pound toy poodle! It's such great quality for the price: The stitching is beautifully even, it's super reflective (important when you have a small black dog), the harness material feels just stretchy enough for the dog's comfort, and I love the multiple leash attachment options. However, this might be a better harness for a larger dog (by which I mean a non-toy breed). In order for the harness to fit around the base of my dog's neck, I had to adjust the straps such that I could no longer pull the harness over her head, and readjusting the straps before and after every use is a deal-breaker for me. In addition, this harness is probably not suited for escape artists--or extremely wiggly and excitable small dogs like mine. Maybe the neck straps couldn't go tight enough on her, but my dog was able to get the harness out of place when she was doing her wiggly dance to entice a stranger to pet her. Seems like a fantastic harness--I just don't have the right dog for it.

I really like this harness. It feels like it is made of high quality materials, and will not break, tear, deteriorate soon. I use this on/for a Shih Tzu/Pug rescue

I really like this harness. It feels like it is made of high quality materials, and will not break, tear, deteriorate soon. I use this on/for a Shih Tzu/Pug rescue when going outside. It has a good range for adjustment, especially around the chest which I really like. I do have a summer(groomed) harness and a winter(furry for warmth) harness. With this, she will only need this harness. We do recommend if you are looking for a quality harness that feels good on your furbaby.

If you have a dog that pulls, the front loop is useless, being a soft harness, it gets all turned on one side. If your dog isn’t a puller then you won’t have issues, it is still a comfortable, padded, good looking harness
