Fun Yet Not A Favorite
Bright colors, easy to assemble, and sturdy window cling. The fish is larger than I thought which can be good or not depending on your cat’s preferences. Our kitty cat has fun occasionally playing with this when we move the fish around; however, he has no interest in the toy when it is stationed on the windowed door. It is worth a try as I think the value is there.
Didn't Last 3 minutes
The suction cup did not work. My cat bit through the string, batted it around for a couple of minutes, the ignored it. I will not buy another one.
Misses the mark
Upon first inspection, I was under the impression that this came with a toy fish attached. Ours was just the pole with a string? Fashioned a pre-existing toy to it and thought it was good to go. The suction is mediocre at best. Would be a pretty awesome toy if if an actual toy was included and if it worked as intended.
my cats love this!
My cats love toys like this. When the one I usually buy for them was sold out, I decided to try this one. And they go crazy for it. I hide it in a drawer with some of my other things and they've gotten smart to where it is. Every time I open that drawer, I have both of them meowing at me to play with it. Never use the suction cup so that was never a deal-breaker. They love it which makes me happy. Thank you!
Goin’ Fishing
Forget the suction cup, the fish is the real cat attractant here! My cat has 2 of these and they are his favorite toys! He loves the motion of the fish when I’m playing with him. He’s inspired to do some fantastic leaps and pounces! Eventually, he really Ms off with the fish in his mouth and the wand clattering behind him. No problems with him tearing around with the wand chasing him (I’m sure he’s perceiving it that way), little noisy, but, enjoyable for all!
Great while it lasted
Our little cat (@ 8 lbs) absolutely loved this--until she got the "fish" off and swallowed long chunks of the string. Took her about two hours. Might work well for a 6 week old kitten.

My boys favorite toy
I was surprised this toy has so many negative reviews. My cat is obsessed with this toy and this toy only. It's been 10 months and still his favorite, I've bought him a few now. The string can come untied to the wand but I just double tie it and it's fine. I don't use the suction cup, I just fling it around for him and he goes nuts. I just ordered 24 so he can have his favorite toy for life.
Don't bother
The description of this says that the suction cup will stick to most surfaces. I gave up trying to figure out which surfaces they meant, because they for sure weren't referring to either walls or windows. I would have given this 0 stars if that was an option, but I ended up cutting the fish from the string to use as a toy, and my cats seem happy with that.
