Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

I've been using this shampoo for 11 years 4 dogs, and 3 cats. It's the only flea treatment I use along with their heartworm medication. I love it because it gets rid of the doggy smell. I take my dogs with me everywhere and I always hear your dogs smell so fresh. We never have fleas and so far, not ever had a tick. We live in a rural area. Use gloves, wash well, rinse right away, don't leave on too long, and use regularly. I use once a month. As for my kittens and cats, I am very careful, but this stuff works great. I got a rescue kitten about 6 weeks old covered in fleas. I filled the basin with warm water and added about 1/2 teaspoon of this to the water. Mixed and then I dipped the kitten in the water, and used Dawn dishwashing soap immediately after the dip and then refused well. Voila, no more fleas. Not ever since. Do not apply shampoo directly to cats or kittens. Just to the water.

The shampoo was great. Lathered nicely and smelled good. I had trouble with the packaging. When wet, the bottle kept slipping out of my hands and spilled. Next bath
