This was a mist spray. It actually was pretty easy to apply and seemed to help. As was a cut scratch. Bled and seemed to get much better with this aide

After 20 minutes of trying to attach sprayer, my wrists are sprained.

Will update after my pain heals. Then I can use the sprayer. No directions on how to put sprayer on. There is a very small notch to align under cap by feel only
