Shipping charges

I’ve always liked Kaytee products. I just think it would control the loose seeds if they were shipped in a plastic bag. Next time I’ll look for a different brand

I’ve always liked Kaytee products. I just think it would control the loose seeds if they were shipped in a plastic bag. Next time I’ll look for a different brand that ships in a plastic bag. There were loose seeds in the shipping box. I love Chewy I’m not trying to be negative I’m just stating a fact. Also I didn’t realize I had not met the free shipping limit until after I paid. My fault.

I remember when Higgins millet sprays were golden. Don't know what happened to this company. Opened the box, and millet sprays were not wrapped on plastic--just thrown loosely in box. Broken stems everywhere. Quality was so bad, I'm sure these millet sprays had absolutely no nutritional value. One of my cockatiels passed away. Don't know if this was related to age, or susceptibility to mold. Will never buy, again. Cannot believe a well-known company would allow such bad quality seeds to be shipped. Shameful!

Millet Sprays

The millet sprays were all about 12 inches long. Nice, but they all have about six inches of stem on them. So I feel less the stems, I didn’t get a full five lbs

The millet sprays were all about 12 inches long. Nice, but they all have about six inches of stem on them. So I feel less the stems, I didn’t get a full five lbs of millet. They were packed in the box but not in a plastic bag so putting them in my storage container was awkward and I had to cut the stems off. I think they are good quality and my birds love them, but I will opt for better packaging next time.

Some of the best quality spray millet I’ve bought for my birds. The only one complaint is that the millet was loose in the box, in bunches, but a lot of loose seeds scattered because there was no plastic barrier bag. It was good that we hadn’t any rain, otherwise the product would have been compromised by moisture.
