I have a heavily food motivated pup. I keep training treats on hand to give her something small on a regular basis without a great deal of caloric intake, but I also like to have things on hand that are slightly bigger - to make it feel like a real treat for her. These fit the bill. They're soft and bite sized, and she feels like she's getting quite the reward when I hand her one.

I just ordered these about 2 weeks ago and have been giving them to my dog. He didn't love them but he would eat them. I took a closer look at them and realized they were moldy! I felt terrible for giving these to my baby and threw them away immediately. Be careful to check before giving to your pets.
Little cookie monsters

My little girls are little cookie monsters. I had to substitute these Hills Soft-baked treats because I could no longer get their favorites. This has proven to be a great substitute. My girls absolutely love them and so do my daughter's huskies. My girls love sweet potatoes so this is a double win. These treats are also big enough that I can break them in half and they get 2 bites from 1 treat. For them it's a win-win. I'm very impressed with this purchase. Thank you to Chewy for recommending this as a substitute.
My dog loves these treats

My dog just loves these treats. As my dog is a older dog, she is able to enjoy a treat that is easy for her to chew. Just wish more flavors like this were available.
My little angel

My 14 year old Cockapoo has stomach issues so I wanted to stick with treats that I felt were better ingredients than most treats out there. She loves them and they are soft enough for her to chew with no problem.
Great taste and soft chew

My chihuahua has trouble with hard treats, as he has lost many of his teeth. He is 12 years old and our vet recommended these and gave us a sample, Peppie loves it! It's easy for him to chewy and he is always looking for more!
Maybe not for senior dogs

Not real soft. Our dog can still chew them but she still has trouble biting into them. She is a senior dog and needs really soft treats.
love these, except

My dogs love these treats. They are easily broken into small bits for training. My only complaint with this snack is that I keep treats in my pocket to reinforce recalls since my large acreage isn't completely fenced. These treats turn into a pocket full of powder. I've bought these for years and this is a rather recent problem, so maybe the formula changed. Will probably buy something else from now on due to disintegrating in my pocket.

My dog is on Hills Science Diet prescription dog food for stomach issues. Since the food has done wonders for him, I mainly give him Hills dog treats as well. This was the 1st time for this and he.loves it!!

My cocker spaniel really enjoys these treats. I had never bought them before and wasn't sure about the mixture of beef with sweet potatoes, but she loves them!
