The smell

I noticed an awful smell of the unopened package. Once I opened and removed the plastic on both packs of wet food. The cardboard was soaked and there were maggots

Not as soft as I hoped for

I trust this brand and Hill's is what dog food my dogs are on, however they are older, smaller breed and these are too hard for them to chew. I have to break them
