This food is made in the USA. Hill's will source raw materials only from countries where there are reliable safety procedures in place, primarily in the United States, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and several European countries. All of their meats are sourced from USDA inspected plants that only process foods for human consumption.

Oh my goodness.....there's nothing worse than a 80 lb dog with chronic diarrhea. As much as she would try to hold it until we got home, sometimes she'd have to sneak off in a corner and relieve herself. That is not sustainable long term, so we got Miss Maisie Maye to the vet and he recommended this food along with the Sensitive Stomach kibble. EUREKA!! This turned things around fast, and now Miss Maisie has nice regular potty trips and no nasty surprises. LOVE THIS STUFF! (And oh yeah, Maisie gobbles it down so she loves the flavor too....)

Shipping poorly packed; damaged cans

The review is for the way the warehouse packages the 12 pack of cans. I have called before to complain of heavily dented cans and for a while the packaging was sufficient

The review is for the way the warehouse packages the 12 pack of cans. I have called before to complain of heavily dented cans and for a while the packaging was sufficient. This last shipment packaging was insufficient and cans were damaged. I pay over $200 a month to feed my small dog food prescribed by a vet and end up with damaged cans that cannot be used. I don’t understand what the warehouse packers are thinking. All they have to do is cover the 12 pack with a cardboard lid and place it in the package like before, to protect the cans.

Badly dented cans

Two of the four cases had badly dented cans. Every delivery has a couple,and I just throw them out. But this delivery had 10 badly dented cans. The box was in good

The box was in good shape,so it appears that they were dented at the warehouse and shipped anyway. I won't use dented cans, as often we're thrown out. I will try one more order,but if it continues I will change suppliers. Just letting you know.

While I still wouldn’t have been happy with the product arriving damaged, the package had obviously been damaged prior to packing it to send to me since it was MOLDY. Bent cans.

I order 1 case of Hills wet dog food, 12 out of 12 cans were bent. A few were bent so bad that you couldn’t get all the food out.
