Great food for senior cat

My 17 year old cat has been almost exclusively eating this food for just over a year now. She’s had renal disease, thyroid issues, and cancer for a few years now

My 17 year old cat has been almost exclusively eating this food for just over a year now. She’s had renal disease, thyroid issues, and cancer for a few years now. Since starting, this food almost immediately made her look so much better. Her coat was softer, shinier, and she has a lot more energy now. With other medication it’s also seemed to help manager her health issues and better her quality of life. My cat isn’t picky so she had no issues adjusting to the food. Worth the price.

Food for my cat fighting cancer

Bought this to help my cat Brutus who has a lump on his neck and was also diagnosed with TCC. TCC is one of the worse diagnosis you can get. Transitional cell carcinoma

Bought this to help my cat Brutus who has a lump on his neck and was also diagnosed with TCC. TCC is one of the worse diagnosis you can get. Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), also known as urothelial cell carcinoma, is an aggressive cancer that affects the urinary tract's transitional cells. It's responsible for the majority of bladder cancer diagnoses. TCC can spread quickly and become life-threatening, but early diagnosis and treatment can improve recovery and survival rates. TCC affects the transitional cells, or urothelium, that line the bladder, ureters, and renal pelvis. I'm not one to give up so easily, so on the days when Brutus doesn't want to eat, I will purse the ONC food and then add in some Vetsmart Crital Immune Defense powder and syringe feed him 2 or 3 times a day. I don't know how much time that I have left with him since the Diagnosis 4 months ago. He is 19 years old. With the ONC food and the CID powder, the lump on his neck has shrunk. I don't know if it will help with the tumor on his bladder, but trying to be optimistic. I've shed many a tears lately. Note: I will also syringe feed him Hills A/D food and also Royal Canin Recovery food to help him eat. I think the ONC food is helping though.

I originally purchased cans of this from my vet's office and my cancer cat actually ate it. The consistency was more stew-like with a broth liquid. The order I received from Chewy was more of a gravy consistency. Unfortunately, my cat wouldn't eat this version, so I only used 4 cans in the case.

Personally, I was very excited about this cat food because it is designed for cats fighting cancer. My vet was thrilled and approved its use immediately. My cat, not so much. After trying several cans and combinations, she still refused to eat it. The vet comes next week. I’ll give the remainder to her in the hope that she can find a use for it.

Cat was less than impressed

He enjoyed the grace, not so much the lumps. The other cat felt the same way. Didn't help even if I tried to puree it.
