My puppy had GI issues since we got him at 3 months old. He’d tested positive for Giardia three times and coccidia even after treatment. His BMs were always VERY loose. We used this to repair his tummy after the meds but also as an elimination diet to see if he has any food allergies. It made his stool solid within a week! He was on this for about 2 months before I just couldn’t afford it anymore since he went through one bag in about 2.5 weeks at $136 per bag. It helped us navigate his allergies and relieved his tummy and now he’s having great BMs. We now have him on Taste of the Wild high prairie large breed puppy.

First of all, my dog has allergies to everything with feathers any type of meat that is high in fat so yes, that means pork, chicken, quail everything with feathers pretty much but after his surgery, I don’t see how this prescription after looking up and researching the ingredients is supposed tohelp my boy. He’s allergic to everything that’s in it and the number one ingredient is cornstarch not a big fan.

My dog had been on this food for over 5 years. Originally it started out and was great over the years they have changed the recipe several times. How do I know? When you feed your dog this food 2 times a day for an extended period of time you can tell! The color and size of the food started to change over time with the most recent bag having an absolutely foul fish smell to it. For the last month or two my dog had been passing terrible gas. That’s when I knew it was time for a change. I recently changed to Royal Canines equivalent and my dogs gas immediately stopped! A once product that I once spoke very highly of I no longer can recommend. Sad that they have done this but the change was necessary and my whole family couldn’t be happier that we know longer have to smell my dogs farts and I’m sure his stomach is appreciative of the change as well. Before the change he was even weird about eating it, he’s now thrilled to eat his new food!

Amazing results!

This food has been a literal god send for my Rottie boy! He has been struggling with large and small bowel IBD thinking maybe from fat intolerance and a food intolerance

This food has been a literal god send for my Rottie boy! He has been struggling with large and small bowel IBD thinking maybe from fat intolerance and a food intolerance. Flare after flare, food after food and nothing was working. We got to the point where he lost 13 pounds abruptly and also found out he was severely b12 deficient. The internal medicine vet recommended this food and literally a total 180 within a week. Aside from B12 injection, he is strictly managed by food. This is a miracle! It’s total trial and error to see what will work for your pet and thankfully this did the trick! We are combining wet and dry version of the food.
