DRY & DENTED
Upon receiving the order of a case of 24, most cans have dents. half of the damaged cans are shy of being considered crushed. Not sure if this compromised the texture of the food; but I will say for every can opened the food is dry as can be and practically hard. My answer "No" to the question of recommendation is based on the integrity of the packaging. I would not recommend any caned food that contains dents.
Tummy yummy
Our little terrier developed a sensitive tummy. Her doctor suggested Hill's science sensitive tummy formula. She loves this food especially the chicken stew solid and the turkey stew. They both have my eat, vegetables, vitamins and just the right amount of starch for good digestion. She finishes her dinner now.
Gracie's Favorite Food
My 14 old Maltese was not eating and therefore not pooping. After watching her deteriorate, I decided to self remedy. I chose this food because it's Hills Science diet and has nutritive ingredients. She loves her food now and eats small amounts 3x a day.
Inaccurate protein content description by chewy
The food went over well with our senior dog who needs a low protein diet but upon inspection of the can when I opened it I noticed the crude protein to be 4.7% and chewy site states 3.5%. If I had known the info was wrong I would not have ordered it because I need under 4% protein content.

Susie loves the chicken but would like to have some beef too for a variety! Think maybe we could have the 24 cans 12/12!

I am writing this review because i have been trying to get this for many months Science diet said they are trying hard to manufacture more but for small paws over 14 years there’s not so many options & hard to use the larger cans because they spoil before fully used

Dog food Dented Cans
Dogs love the food. Bad thing all the cans were dented upon delivery. The box they arrived in wasn’t damaged at all and was packed well. So my belief was the manufacturer packaged them dented. Lost 4 cans because of damage.
