How do I transition a new dog food into my dogs diet

We recommend at least a 7 - 10 day transition before you begin feeding the new formula exclusively. Start by mixing 75% of the old diet with 25% of the new diet on Day 1 and Day 2. On Day 3 and Day 4, mix 50% of the old diet with 50% of the new diet. On Day 5 and Day 6, mix 25% of the old diet with 75% of the new diet. On the 7th day, you can feed the new formula exclusively. This allows your pet’s digestive system to smoothly adapt to the new food.

How many cups of dog food are in the 21 pound bag? I'm trying to figure out how much I will need in a month, My golden eats 2 cups a day in 2 settings.

Didn't help my dog

Working through an elimination diet and suspected that my dog was suffering from yeast overgrowth in the gut causing GI and skin problems. Read a lot about certain grains being a feeding ground for yeast so I thought a grain free kibble could be good to try. I trust Hill's as I've been using their GI Biome kibble and cans, as well as their sensitive stomach and other can options. Unfortunately, this made my dog's issues much worse. Dog loves the taste, but the GI tract has developed significant mucus. Can't say if the food is truly excellent or not, I'm still determining what he is reacting to, so maybe this will work better for somebody who is positive their dog has grain allergies?

My 4 yr old mini goldendoodle began throwing up his water every time he drank. The vet made suggestions regarding height of the water bowl, type of water bowl, temp of water, etc. Nothing worked. After reading many reviews I decided to switch his food. Immediately after switching he is able to drink water with no issues. I'm also hoping this helps with the seizures that he randomly started having that the vet can't find a cause. Here's hoping we found a fix for all his issues!

Best food ever!

This is by far the best dry dog food I’ve ever purchased. No digestive issues, and my boys love the flavor. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the quality.

Wonderful food for my dogs

My vet asked me to start using this as my 11 year male mini schnauzer was very overweight. Within 2 months we successful got 7.5 pounds off him. He is more energetic
