My Rottie has developed a sensitive stomach and is overweight. I started making his dog food but needed a little bit of hard food to mix with his meals. The HSD perfect weight had him puking immediately after eating it. So I tried sensitive stomach foods nothing worked . Finally tried HSD sensitive stomach and the pulling stopped - my vet agreed with this food. He will eat it alone or with wet food.
My boy is allergic to potatoes, duck, green beans & a zillion other things, including the environment! Tried many brands, just switched to this & he truly seems to be happier! More outgoing & affectionate & eats right away when I put it down. I'm hoping this helps with his skin & less shedding. But already his eyes & nose are looking better. Crossing my fingers this is the one.
I have a 6 year old Rottweiler who has suffered from environmental allergies since the age of 3. We have tried just about everything to keep her allergies at bay by using supplements, pills, and sprays. My vet decided to put her on the Cytopoint allergy shot and change her food to this, and what a fabulous change it was! This food, combined with her shot, has done wonders for her. I'm so happy she's no longer suffering!
Our 13yr10month old mixed Lab was struggling with gross, yucky, loose poop forever. We tried it all; I mean everything! No luck, until this!!! Within 24 hours his poop went from impossible to pick up, bag and discard to SERIOUSLY PERFECT! Definitely worth the money!!!!
Finally, my dogs stool is solid and he's putting on some weight - just want the vet ordered.
My 13 year old golden started getting a sensitive stomach, switched to this and it has been fantastic! Everything is better, coat, stomach, attitude!

Good food for dogs w sensitive stomachs..bigger kibble is good for fast eaters
Our now 4.5-year-old GSD has struggled with allergies - food and environmental resulting in constant scratching and occasional reflux. We've tried several GSD-appropriate high-quality foods and used an anti-inflammatory medicine, probiotics, and nutritional supplements for that same time with limited success. Since switching him to Hill's Science Diet Adult Sensitive Stomach & Skin over a year ago he's doing great! No more scratching or reflux. We still use supplements (although we did change those to better match the Hills food) and the same anti-inflammatory but Hill's sensitive stomach food has certainly helped things improve dramatically. Every dog is different, and our approach may not be the right one for your pup. But for us and our pup, it's been a very welcome improvement!
My dog LOVES this food. He was never a big eater but he has been SCARFING this food down. I’ve notice he hasn’t been inching/scratching as much too. He just had his 18 month check up and the vet said he is extremely healthy. Love Hills Science Diet for my pup!
