My ten-month-old dog, who has both a sensitive stomach and sensitive skin, has been doing very well with this dry dog food. I add healthful ingredients to most of her meals--a scoop of canned pumpkin, a little cooked basmati rice, mixed vegetables, and sometimes chunks of cooked rice. She's perky, shiny, and active, and has the softest fur ever now!

Expensive and Stinky

I tried this for my girl when it was recommended by my vet. Unfortunately it is expensive for the amount she needs vs the bag quantity. It also has a very poor smell. I know it is a salmon product, but I have tried MANY and this one is definitely high on the stinky list

After feeding this food for two weeks, my senior dog no longer has stomach issues and his skin has cleared. It was recommended by his vet because he was having trouble with digesting a high quality protein feed. He likes the fish and kitty also takes a bite or two now and then.

I wanted an alternative protein source considering the impacts the animal agricultural industry has on the climate and this was suggested. It’s stinky (just like a good boy/girl likes) and my iggy loves it! His poos have always been on the softer side and he was prone to vomiting before bed if he didn’t get a bedtime snack. Now that he’s been on this formula for a few months, his poos have improved, he no longer vomits before bedtime and his coat is legitimately softer! I hope Hills will continue to design formulas that are less dependent on the animal agricultural industry.

We had been feeding our dog a sensitive stomach and skin food with salmon and rice that the breeder recommended, but she never really liked it and didn’t eat it well. We found this food with Alaskan Pollock, barley and insect meal and thought we’d give it a try. She loves it! We are on the second bag and every time we feed her she devours it! She is doing very well on the food and appears extremely healthy. We are so glad that we found this food!

nothing wrong with the product itself but my dog is allergic to chicken and I had to switch to this food but this was the largest size bag it comes in. It did not feed him enough for even a week and half. I’ve paid for much larger bags and gotten much more with the same or similar price. Will not be buying again I feel like my money was wasted.
