Please do your homework! Research what should be in a cat food. The first five ingredients at least should be meat sources. This only has one meat source, cats cannot digest or use grains! Hill science diet is all hype and advertising and the vets get a kickback for selling it, despite it being a horrible food. If you want to feed your cats good food, look at the ingredients in "Orijen" cat food. The first 16 ingredients are meat sources, there are no grains, and no dangerous ingredients. Most of the essential ingredients are in there naturally, and it contains taurine, vitamin a, and all the essential nutrients that cats need to be healthy. Many cat foods have bad ingredients like dicalcium phosphate, which cause painful urinary track stones. Please do your homework. I am so disappointed that the vets sell this just for the money, it is expensive and some of the worst cat food that is out there. It takes time to do the research but please, for the sake of your cats, do the research.

Not just for kittens...my other cats love it especially my older cat who is 13. I like the fact the pieces are bite size easy for kitties to eat.

Good product - shipping needs work

Small pellets and kittens seems to really enjoy. Seems to go further than cheaper food. Shipping needs work as pet food attracts bugs.

Great kitten food

My cat was found under our woodpile when he was less than three weeks old. He was abandoned by his mom, and according to the vet suffering from near starvation. When after bottle feeding and careful guidance from our vet, Hunter the Woodpile Cat was ready for solid food, Hill's Science Diet was vet recommended. Our little "runt" flourished on this food. He is now 7-months-old and, according to our vet, very healthy.

Kitten and Senior Cat Love this

I know a senior cat should not eat kitten food.My 7lb senior prefers to eat this small kibble instead of her larger indoor senior kibble from Hills. Please make smaller kibble for seniors many dental issues already. My kitten does love her kibble and now refuses to eat wet food. Which is fine by me as it saves me on buying wet food for the kitten. Kibbles are small and smell good. Great for my kitten!

My two cats absolutely love this food they will tear the bag open!! Great benefits for the as well and their coat is nice and shiny. Ever since switching to the food my sensitive cat has stop vomiting. Just wish it came in bigger bags.

Solid choice

An affordable, solid choice for a dry food. I feed my kittens both dry and wet- and the upside is most foster/shelter kittens seem to be on this food as well. So it's great to have to at the very least transition your kitten more gradually. They both love it and never had issues eating it. Some say it's not the healthiest, but you'll get people saying that for every single brand. The point is, this recipe does have whole, well-thought out ingredients and vet approval. First ingredient is actual meat, and has minor additions of a healthy assortment of veggies, fruits, and supplements to round out your kitty's nutrition. If your kitten will eat it and has no allergies to the food, it's a great option.
