The majority of commercially processed salmon today is farm raised. Hill's does not specify if the salmon used is farm raised or ocean caught. Regardless of where salmon comes from farm raised or ocean caught - it would have to pass their rigid testing and meet their specific nutrient levels for their use. All salmon is processed in federally inspected facilities. Hill's does not source salmon from genetically engineered sources.

Fixed My Sensitive Baby's Tummy, Albeit His Picky Tastes

My kitty has been having THE WORST tummy, diarrhea combo'd with a fluffy bum equalled a day in day out of torture between us. We had tried basically every combination

My kitty has been having THE WORST tummy, diarrhea combo'd with a fluffy bum equalled a day in day out of torture between us. We had tried basically every combination of food, feeding slowly to introduce and a combination diet! Poopy butt every korny and poopy butt every night. A literal nightmare. Then we tried this little number... And it worked. As a picky kitty, we were so terrified he'd refuse it (yet again) but he really really took to this food, begging for it in the 'inbetween' times of his feelings (wet food.) We had been at our wits end to find something that was nutritional that agreed with our baby's tummy, but this was the freaking answer! His cost has never been shinier, he has never been as enthusiastic about his 'dry' feedings and he is just totally thriving on this food. Occasionally he has poopy butt, but that's to be expected with long haired babies! Good luck!

Picky Eater

I've tried all of the Hill's Science Diet kitten varieties. Sammy will eat anything, but Monty has always been picky from day one. They both clean their bowls

Helped their tummies!

Our 2 six month old kittens loveee this dry food! They were eating Nulu before and just tooting allll the time. I switched to this and it has been a night and day

Great food for kittens

I have a kitten who was a stray and has been very sick due to giardia and other intestinal/stomach infections. Through the treatment we switched him to this food

I have a kitten who was a stray and has been very sick due to giardia and other intestinal/stomach infections. Through the treatment we switched him to this food. While I know it’s not completely the food I believe it did help. He now has solid stools. We use the wet and dry food.

Life changing

My ragdoll kitty has a sensitive tummy. We tried several high end brands prior to this and he had constant diarrhea and wasn't gaining weight. We transitioned to this and I'm shocked at the difference. No more loose stool. His coat is coming in super thick and shiny. And he's growing like a champ. Plus, he loves the taste. He comes running when he hears the bag. Absolutely thrilled with this kitty food. It does everything it advertises.
