The Honest Kitchen Human Grade Wholemade Whole Grain Chicken & Duck Dehydrated Dog Food, 4-lb box

I'm grateful for Chewy's excellent customer service because I had to return this poorly executed design of a puzzle/toy. I was able to use it easily once (fresh out of the box) but then had a difficult time to unscrew the lid on the second use. After the first use, I had washed it by hand and screwed the lid on. I thought that was my mistake --- I should not have stored it with the lid screwed on. Using the tips on the manufacturer's website, I was able to unscrew it by pouring olive oil into the lid area. After the second use, I washed by hand again and put olive oil on it before putting the lid on part way. I couldn't use it all because I couldn't get the lid off...even with it being screwed on part way only. I tried the oil trick I used before and even put it in the freezer, rolled it on the counter to try to loosen the lid, but none of it worked. I'd stay away from buying this puzzle because it's a waste. Such a great idea with being able to make your own treats with the hold tray but it's useless if you can't even open the puzzle. Seems like different materials should be used.
