I received my buttons yesterday, and one of the buttons sticks and doesn't work. Trying to look for a way to return it and my only options were buy again, autoship, and leave a review. Other than the broken button and one button being significantly louder than the others, it works. My smart baby has already learned the buttons since yesterday! He's going to be one smart talking chihuahua very soon!

Started with 4 buttons, first he was surprise, then interested and next day started communicating with the buttons... week after I added more buttons to be able to have a short conversation with him. The speakers of the buttons are not very loud but for the rest it's easy to use on the floor, can't place the mat on the walls.

Works but one had a defective speaker

I thought maybe our batteries were bad until I put the same batteries in a different button and worked fine. Otherwise the other 3 work well. Gave them to our pup

I got 4 buttons. My puppy got the idea quickly and was able to press down on the buttons pretty easily. I'm glad I didn't get more, because the sound quality is bad. I got a set of the ones Bunny the dog uses. They are smaller but the sound is vastly better. We still use the 4 because she's used to them, though.
