Most of our devices, including the camera, are now compatible with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks. The camera can also connect via a hotspot.

Is there a subscription fee and if so do I have to have it?

Had to make sure it was in a good spot because I can not move it but works amazing once I found a good spot for it. Like that I can turn on privacy mode when home.

My Mistake

I did not realize that the cameras did not have a rechargeable battery so they stayed operational for a very short time. I had not been able to figure out the recording

Keep an eye on my pets

SUCCESS!!!! I didn’t realize that the ‘reset’ button had to be pressed through a small hole on the back of the camera (using a paper clip) on the model of Puresight

SUCCESS!!!! I didn’t realize that the ‘reset’ button had to be pressed through a small hole on the back of the camera (using a paper clip) on the model of Puresight Mini that we have. Once I did that - I was able to place the camera in ‘pairing mode’ and it is now connected. Thanks for your help and support.
