Great food - high calories

My dog has allergies and a grain free food has been best for her. Instinct is a great food, she eats it instantly, her coat looks great, and her stool solid. My

My dog has allergies and a grain free food has been best for her. Instinct is a great food, she eats it instantly, her coat looks great, and her stool solid. My only complaint is that 1 cup is 500+ calories. I have an active, mid sized, GSP and she only gets two cups a day, which leaves her acting hungry.

Order Screwed Up BIG TIME!

I recently receive an my normal Autoship order for my dog food. It was wrong in several aspects. First of all, we were shipped the wrong dog food. We were suppose

I recently receive an my normal Autoship order for my dog food. It was wrong in several aspects. First of all, we were shipped the wrong dog food. We were suppose to receive Instinct Large Dog Grain-Free Chicken. Instead we received Nutro Natural Choice. I was also hoping to see RAW BOOST REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS. We originally had INSTINCT REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS on our auto ship. We contacted both Chewy and Instinct when it was on backorder for the past couple of orders, We were told by by Instinct that the REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS was discontinued from maunufacting on Jul. 1st, 2025. We informed Chewy of this fact and told they we would add the RAW BOOST REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS to our AutoShip. It was also not included. The Chat person, Debbie, would not listen to me. She arranged the replacement bag for our large dog, but would not address the issue of the small-breed food. Chewy's database told her it was out of stock. I told her we had talked to Chewy and told them the manufacture had discontinued the brand on Jul. 1st (see link below from manufacture's website) Chewy said they would add the RAW BOOST REAL CHICKEN RECIPE FOR SMALL BREED DOGS to our AutoShip. https://instinctpetfood.com/all-products/?species=dog&grain[]=Grain-Free&needs[]=Small+Breed Just a HUGE suggestions CHEWY, when Chewy see a product going on out of stock for an extended period of time, you might want to have one of your Product Brand Managers call the manufacture. The bag had multiple holes in it upon arrival.

Did not work for my dog

Followed instructions for gradual switch from beef to chicken (same brand), and the chicken-based kibble was very hard on my dog's system. Will need to cancel auto-ship
