Decent Wet Cat Food
By jookjay on Feb 27, 2021
As far as wet cat food goes, this seems to be decent cat food. I was not happy about the inconsistent quality of food, but the food seemed to do the job. Pros: - Cat enjoys the flavors. - Variety of flavors do not give my cat bad breath. Cons: - Quality of food is not consistent. As others have mentioned, some cans of food have more liquid than another can of the same flavor - which means some of the cans of food have the consistency of a pate, while other have the consistency of mince and gravy. - A few of the cans I received in the variety pack were dented.

10yo approved
By AnaW on Feb 15, 2021
I switched my girl to Instinct raw boost dry food about a year ago and experimented with other products they have. For 10 years my cat was never interested in wet food or meat/poultry in general and would only eat Squeeze Ups until now. I guess we finally coerced her taste buds into actual meat. She’s been getting these little cans every other day as an addition to her dry diet and so far loves it. I like the size of them because it makes a perfect 2 time snack/meal for her — I can either put half in dish, half in fridge for later, or leave the whole can out and she will finish it within 5-ish hours. I’ll update with anything new!

5 cats say no
By kaokie on Jan 16, 2021
I wanted a natural, pate, wet food, this looked like a good one. 5 cats won't eat it, even when I mix something they do like in with it, and they don't like the peas and carrots, even when I mash them up. The broth is watery, the salmon broth doesn't have any of the salmon oil in it, the chicken broth didn't smell like chicken, they grudgingly ate a little of it if I mixed another brand of chicken in with it. They particularly didn't like the duck (which surprised me), took one bite and would rather not eat at all. The stray dog ate it. I was a waste of time and money for me.

Elderly Cat Was Not a Fan
By CLC18 on Feb 11, 2021
My cat is 11 years old and has gotten picky with the food we give her. I thought maybe a higher quality brand would do the trick but she turned her nose at every flavor in this pack. I wish they sold this is smaller amounts to test it out and it wouldn’t be so wasteful.

Bones in salmon and pork flavor
By myowser on Dec 8, 2020
I fed the salmon which I thought was all salmon but the label says pork! The pate had several 1/2 inch pieces of pork and small fish bones. needless to say the 3 cats did not eat it and I was concerned one of the pieces of bone would get stuck in their throat. It arrived with a few dented cans which I told customer service about and they gave me credit. However now I'm going to call them and ask for refund on the salmon pork cans.. the cats haven't tried the other flavors yet but it doesn't look good!

Kitties seem to like it!
By Kitcatchrys on Mar 4, 2021
I have been trying to find a good protein packed food with out a lot of fillers that my cats will eat and that I can afford to feed them, looks like this may be it!

Good ingredient but cat no longer likes them
By Tracy on Jan 4, 2021
The nutritional data of the food looks ideal. My cat used to eat it, but it dislikes it more and more. Compared to other wet food my cat preferred, all Instinct cans contain a strong liver flavor and the pate is not creamy due to lack of gum (which should be good though). So I guess my cat doesn't like healthy food which is quite natural.

Not good for my cats!
By Shel on Mar 4, 2021
I’m sure this is a quality canned cat food but none of my three cats liked any of the flavors. They normally like pate but this food was very thick and pasty.

Montmorillonite Clay in top ingredients
By Ivar on Dec 31, 2020
The product is alright. But only after I found my cat started to have very dry stool, I realized the Montmorillonite Clay is the 6th top ingredient in the product, higher than egg and vegetables. There’re other brands with similar protein level, it’s probably not necessary to stick to this product and keep feeding my baby with mud....

Thumbs down
By Michelle68 on Dec 11, 2020
Something is amiss with this! Been buying the large cans for a long time..no problem. Saw these little cans and bought 2 cases. Big mistake. Not only will my cat not eat it...our little street cat friend won’t touch it either. It doesn’t make sense. Same flavors as large cans. They both love the large cans! What is in these little cans? They smell it and walk away. Won’t take a single bite. They would rather starve than eat this.
