What is the carb percentage?

The Chicken recipe contains 0.60% Carbohydrates, the Duck recipe contains 0.70% Carbohydrates, and the Salmon recipe contains 0.80% Carbohydrates all on an as fed basis.
Is it safe to have clay in wet cat food? I noticed this brand does.

Montmorillonite Clay is approved by AAFCO for use as an anticaking processing aid to adsorb excess moisture and to help keep the food from clumping.
Why do they need to put Biotin in their food? Unless of course the egg products they are putting in will cause our cats to have a deficiency in Vitamin H? Can anyone explain this to me? I could be wrong but that is why I am asking.

Biotin, also known as vitamin H or B8, is a water-soluble, nitrogen-containing vitamin that is imperative for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, and in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Biotin has been shown to strengthen keratin found in nails and footpads.
