The container is well made. it holds about 50 pounds of dog food. It keeps the food dry, fresh, and most importantly it keeps bugs, like ants etc, and rodents out!

Not airtight or super secure

Not sure if this will work for dog food the way I had planned - the clasp doesn’t really stay shut and easily comes unhitched from the container and you can tell

I bought this for food storage for my puppies food before she arrived 11/1. I’m afraid this will cause moisture or bugs to get into her food.
