The 10 inch and 14 inch sizes have an easy to remove plug to fill the toy with water, gravel, or sand.

How does this compare to the 8in bounce n play’s weight? My small/medium dog loves the bouncer but it’s heavy for him to carry around once punctured.

Herding Ball

This ball surprised me by the material it's made from. It's a very hard plastic and has some weight to it. IE don't try kicking it! My dog has attempted to chew

This ball surprised me by the material it's made from. It's a very hard plastic and has some weight to it. IE don't try kicking it! My dog has attempted to chew on it and has created sharp lines all over the ball. When he's been using his nose to herd the ball it has caused skin damage to both sides of his nose. It would be perfect if not for that issue. I'm looking for something similar that he can't deflate but made from a softer material.

My dog sometimes has problems getting this one started, and sometimes he's going so fast that when it hits the fence it sounds like he's going to go right through it! Switching up to something like a soccer ball: Lighter weight, and more pliable. Still great if you have a large dog with lots of open space and very low grass or short turf.

I purchased this for my Aussie and anyone that has a herding dog this is a must have. My pup is super active and has the crazy zoomies. One thing to caution with this ball, it’s hard so the dogs teeth can chip and cause problems in the long run. So supervise when at play if the dog get too rough with the ball stop the play or maybe get a softer ball that doesn’t damage the teeth.

Hard as a rock

My dog loves pushing it around and it’s great for exercise but it’s so hard it makes her nose get a sore real quick so she can’t play with it more than a few minutes

My dog loves pushing it around and it’s great for exercise but it’s so hard it makes her nose get a sore real quick so she can’t play with it more than a few minutes a day and that makes her sad. You can’t roll or kick it to her or it will knock her teeth out. It’s supposed to be hard but just want others to know exactly how hard it is.
