The legitimate "Jolly Ball" (this model) is AMAZING

My aggressive chewing puppy LOVES these balls. He has a difficult time picking them up, so he doesn't have the ability to chew pieces off the ball until several months of play. Once he gets to where he can try and remove small pieces, we take it from him and get him a new one. This ball is bouncy, "inflated" but doesn't deflate from dog tooth punctures! It just refills with air and naturally wants to maintain a spherical shape. My puppy can pick it up when he pinches part of it enough, and LOVES to play keep-away once he picks it up - but instead of it being impossible to get it back from him, he drops it fairly easily because of the size. So, we get lots of play time with a single unit for most everyday over 3-4 months before he wears it down to a point where we need a new one. Watch out for the knock-off brands of 10" or bigger - they are just solid plastic large spheres, they don't deflate and they're harder than an ultimate frisbee. Dogs that like to push balls around might like those, but my puppy LOVES the real Jolly Ball Bounce-n-Play! He can push it around, or I can kick it hard across the yard and it'll bounce, partially flatten, and rebound to a spherical shape with ease. This has become my dog's favorite toy, and as long as they're being offered, I'll keep getting them for him as needed. Thank you Jolly Ball creators!

Fun for a Puppy

My 6 month old springer spaniel LOVES to chase this ball around the house. It's soft so it doesn't scratch the furniture when he pushes it around.

Thought it would be more durable

Lots of teeth marks, thought it was one of the hard ball not the soft one. It won’t last long with a 55 pound lab.

Dog's got jaw stuck!

I bought four of these, and I will throw all of them away. Unfortunately, they are very unsafe, the rubber they are made of cracks very easily. They do bounce

I bought four of these, and I will throw all of them away. Unfortunately, they are very unsafe, the rubber they are made of cracks very easily. They do bounce and roll very well, but if the dog tries to pick it up, and most dogs do, they will crack the rubber and get their teeth stuck. My female Aussie had her jaw badly stuck and I was about ready to take her to the vet to get the ball removed, however she was very still for me and didn't lose her cool, so I was able to kind of smash the surrounding rubber in so that I could pry her teeth out of the inside of the ball. Very dangerous!!

Nice ball!

I'm giving this ball a 5 on size, weight and durability. However, my dog won't play with it. He'd rather have the hard plastic one that he can pin in a corner

I'm giving this ball a 5 on size, weight and durability. However, my dog won't play with it. He'd rather have the hard plastic one that he can pin in a corner and bite until there's sharp edges that'll hurt his mouth lol. A regular dog would love this ball.

My dog's goal? Shred it into a million pieces. Usually we order and reorder the Jolly Soccer ball becasue he just loves it so much. Then I saw this one, and it's a step up on their toughness meter. And it's lasting longer. I will keep ordering these as they bring pure joy to my fur baby, & what toy do you really think is going to be indestructible?

Great size Jolly Ball! Baron loves these! The colors pop too!

You know they say dogs are color blind but I don't buy it! I tell Baron to bring me orange and he brings me the orange ball and if I say to bring me blue or to bring me pink, he does just that. Now we did have a bit of instruction as to which one was which. He did not know his 'colors' when he came here but he is one smart boy. The bring colors on these new jolly balls are fantastic. He does like to play tug with them & he is so much fun when he does it. He will pull my grandchildren around in a desk chair, it's hilarious. I am not sure who is having more fun.
