How many times do you change the liner, Do you change it once a day or can you reuse them?

It is recommended to change the bag when you change the litter.
I would like to know what the scent is. There are several people/pets who have mild allergies to some smells and strongly floral scents. One of the reviews mentioned that the scent was kind of strong and I wanted to know just how bad we're talking here... Like box-of-dryer-sheets strong/bad or...?
