It comes with a warning label for causing cancer and birth defects. ??? Also, in the description it says it has hooks, etc. to attach and it's just velcro. I threw

I order the service dog patch at 5:00pm and it arrived less than 24hrs the next day, free shipping too. It is better than described, it has a velcro back, no seeing
