This supplement contains a whole egg, which is a natural source of biotin. Eggs help maintain healthy skin and hair. Eggs contain Omega 6 fatty acids which stimulate coat growth while strengthening it.

So there are only 52 scoops in this 4lb. container?

There are 13 scoops in the 1 pound jar, 52 scoops in the 4 pound container and 104 scoops in the 8 pound jar.

Can this be taken on top of salmon oil?

It is not recommended to combine Show Stopper supplement with a Salmon Oil supplement, because Show Stopper supplement contains a great amount of omega-3 fatty acids.

If I gave my 82lb. Lab 1scoop instead of the recommended 2 scoops would it still help her coat?

The constant scratching stopped!

My Great Pyrenees has had issues with allergies, mushy poops, frequent licking and hot spots since forever. Tried different kibbles, pumpkin & probiotics. Found a kibble that stoped the mussy poops started him on probiotic and it helped some until it didn’t this fall. No flees or ticks as he is treated for that & heart worm. Found the K9 Show Coat on Chewy, did some research and the product seemed credible. He has been on it for a month and the constant licking & scratching has now stopped! It’s hard to believe, right? But it has. Waiting for my next delivery which should be here soon. At this point I will continue providing it in his meals. I add water and he loves it! It is somewhat pricey but so are vet bills, cremes, sprays and the need for frequent baths to calm his skin. He is 140lbs and let’s just say bath time is not his favorite activity. He is so much happier and so am I! I will continue giving it him with his meals 2 times a day. Fingers crossed for continued healing and success!

I have tried multiple foods, supplements and baths to calm my dogs’ itchy skin. I stopped the probiotics and started them on K9 Skin & Coat from Chewy and gradually the scratching lessened which I noticed within a few days. My two Great Pyrenees are more comfortable after 3 weeks and the scratching is minimal. I am optimistic and I will continue feeding them with the K9 Skin & Coat & hopefully the progress will continue. The additional plus is that they love the taste of it on their food. Definitely happy that Chewy introduced this health supplement.

So far I am pretty happy with this product, but it’s only been a few weeks so I am hoping to continue to see more results. My dog has had chronic and terrible skin allergies and I’ve tried a lot of products. First, she loves the flavor of this powder, she scarfs it down. Second, I do see some improvement on her skin. I couldn’t give 5 stars because she is still itching, but not nearly as bad as she was. I was worried that keeping her on this could be really expensive, but one bag does seem to last a long time.

A supplement to help with dogs coat and skin. You are able to add water to the food with the supplement powder to make a gravy. Our Staffordshire terrier seems to have some skin issues and cures quite a big bit. She liked the taste of the supplement on the food so getting her to eat it was easy. Not sure yet if it will give us long term results but completely worth the effort.

In trying this product, I was not very hopeful that it would work, and I was very skeptical that he would even attempt to eat it. To my surprise, I was wrong about both! Since I have been using this product, I have seen a difference in his coat (lost hair due to allergies) And he enjoys it (I mix it in with his kibble). The only pessimistic comment I have is that it comes in a powder form (I have to mix it with water). It would be very user-friendly and helpful if it came in the form of a treat. Do not let my laziness deter you from trying this product! You will be happy with the results and your canine friend will enjoy it!

My Daisy is truly in love with this supplement. From the moment I opened the package and sprinkled it in her food she was interested in it. Now Daisy at age 14 had become a bit picky with her night time meal. She’d been leaving food in the bowl off and on for weeks. Smelled, she’d walk away after a couple of bites. Enter K9 Power Show Stopper. It’s a game changer. She loves the taste and licks her bowl clean every night now. It’s been 9 days and she’s hooked. Note that the supplement is orange in color and a bit messy handling the scoop and bag it comes in. I can’t speak to any changes yet in Daisy’s coat appearance. It is allergy season here so time will tell. I’m happy she’s enjoying it and eating well.

Ease of Administering the powder

I did not care for the product being a powder. My dogs only get dry food. With the amount of dosage for a large dog, the powder didn't mix well with the dry food

I did not care for the product being a powder. My dogs only get dry food. With the amount of dosage for a large dog, the powder didn't mix well with the dry food. I tried adding water and mixing and it was even worse. The dogs didn't seem to mind the taste which is a plus. I ended up throwing the remainder of the product away. Also, with 2 large dogs this would not have been enough to test it for any length of time to see the results. I would prefer administering chews.

We can stop the steroid at this point as long as he isn’t having issues, and I really think this product has been a factor in us being able to stop the steroid! No skin issues here!

I have used this for about 3 weeks. The positive is just as it says, dogs like it. It is easy to sprinkle on any food. I have a terrier and a lab. Two very different sizes. Thats where the negative comes in for me. The portion size you need for a 95 lb dog is just too much. It is 4 scoops. For that reason I will not purchase. It is too early to tell any benefits yet, but for smaller dogs it is a win.
