Since switching to the 26/16 blend for our two adult shepherd mix dogs a couple years ago, my senior retriever/shepherd mix hasn't had any skin issues. Chicken biproducts make him itchy, and he also doesn't tolerate peas well. There's not a lot of options without those two ingredients. Especially that's affordable for two dogs over 70lbs. I was transitioning them from Royal canine starter to this back, I tried 3 times. Suddenly adding inukshuk to the Royal canine stools where softer every single time until they get diarrhea with a specific chemical smell, I did it multiple times to be more than sure. Also on my adult dogs I was using the original Marine 25 beautifully, them I introduced this new version and all I have is diarrhea with a chemical smell, same as the puppies, the heck u did inukshuk.

Excellent food and Chewy is the best

My German Shepherds like tiny bites. They love the Inushuk. I add a 1/2 can of skinless/ boneless sardines to each dog's bowl. They love their food. The package delivery was perfect. It was 1 bag of food in 1 box. Previously for my K9 Cisco, 2 bags of food were in 1 box. It was dropped and split open in transit. Please continue to put the food now, 1 to each box. Thank you.

ordered to continuing feeding my adoptee who came to me with Inukshuk maring 26/16. Thank you Chewy for getting me the dry matter analysis %'s. I liked the vacuum sealed bag. I put the entire packaged bag inside a 50 gallon vittles vault purchased from Chewy instead of emptying dog food inside to prevent oil build up from foods on the plastic vittle vaults. then I use a heavy duty rubber typed clamp to roll down and clip kept inside the vittle vault. I like NO recall history. Little known of Gem. Solid small stools agrees with tummies.

Since my standard poodle puppy is extremely active and training for hunting and sports she eats a lot and this food has been fantastic for her. The 26/16 has been great on her stomach and she eats well on it. It’s helped her maintain a good body condition and the lower ratio allows her to eat more without being excessive on calories. I’m definitely going to try out their standard recipe but the marine is going to stay in our main rotation. I would definitely recommend this over Purina Pro Plan (Sport) due to how well it’s been doing for her compared to it.

One dog is 10 the other is 5, competing at agility and doing farm chores The ingredients are not what I'd pick but my sport dog vet recommended this. I highly recommend this food for energy.
