Perfect for allergies
Basset hound has crazy metabolism(is a 2 year old crazy who jumps over couches for fun) and allergies to chicken, peas- which bars almost 70% of the current brands since they are all on the grain free fad. This formula keeps him full, poop perfect every time, energy levels off the wall, and 80% reduction in the itchies and scratchies. Coat is glossy and soft and sheds a lot less. Kibble smells wonderful even to me and the aroma does not go away after bag is started. Must taste great as it disappears into thin air in under a minute. Company is very responsive to inquiries.
Perfect option!
I've gone through many brands of kibble trying to find the one. My 2y old GSD has always had a super high metabolism. She's always needed 2x the amount of serving sizes- even on Purina sport products that were high on calories. A month into this food, my girl is looking phenomenal on 3 cups! She FEELS full as well. She used to inhail food, now she rations herself throughout the day. She's no longer scavenging the floors for dropped food or attempting to counter surf. She refuses to eat my elderly dogs food- whereas before she would make every attempt to inhail it if given opportunity. She knows where the barn cats food is but no longer goes to it. She's gained weight all over INCLUDING her neck! I'm so thankful to have found this for my girl! Last year we did try the other inukshuk blends- but they did not agree with her, I was originally hesitant to try the marine- but so glad I did!
My dog loves this
I had recently switched my GSD to a top rated food, but it was chicken based and as soon as he started it, so came the itching and scratching. I promptly moved him over to Inukshuk Marine and right away saw improvements. No more itching and scratching. It does smell a little fishy to me, but he absolutely loves it.
weight Gain
I have two dogs that are hard keepers and require a lot of calories. This food has been keeping that at a healthy weight with no problem! They are both performance dogs and require a lot of calories
Best dry dog food ever!
Starting with the unique foil lined, air free bag to the oil infused, "dust" free kibble, this dry dog food is unique and cost effective. Great customer service from a small family owned company.
Amazing food!
My 3yo German shepherd has been through quite a few kibbles at this point. And all of them have had their share of issues and effects on him. From full coat to sores, gut issues, having issues keeping weight, etc he has issue with basically every food he has had, sensitive boy. anyways, we switched to this and have had NO issues. His coat is amazing, his poop is super healthy, he has stayed at the perfect weight and it has been a lot easier to keep him somewhat toned, all this and he only eats 1 1/2 - 2 cups a day! (He is 75lbs for reference, and fairly active) I definitely recommend this food.
Best dry food yet!
So glad I switched my two GSDs to this food. My slightly underweight rescue male is finally putting on weight and his coat finally shines! (Orijin products didn’t work). My 88 lb male loves the flavor (royal canin, orijin, acana— he didn’t care as much for those).

My dogs are extremely active and I'm so glad chewy carries this brand! Its so hard to find. I have such a picky husky and she will eat this everyday!
My Dogs Love It
I've Had my two large breed dogs on Inukshuk for over a year now. I just switched to the Marine 25 - both dogs will eat it without any top dressing (my borzoi is very picky). I will be sticking with this formula and recommend it for picky eaters.
Almost perfect
My 7yo Doberman (sensitive gut and skin) is doing really well on this food and loves the taste enough that we can use it as moderate-value training treats. We haven't found anything of a comparable quality and price point. My only complaint is that this is more calorically dense than what a senior dog needs. I've made repeated inquiries to Chewy asking them to carry Inukshuk's Marine 16 line as they are the only US distributor of this brand but my emails have gone unanswered. Super disappointing customer service on Chewy's part. But Inukshuk's got us as customers for life!
