Melatonin

This worked great. I have a very happy and anxious shih-tzu and we recently took a short vacation which required a 7 hour drive one way. My pup practically slept the whole way there and back. He stayed very calm and it did not knock him out to the point of oblivion! Highly recommend when you just need them to calm down a bit.

my dog gets hyper at storms, even those that aren't here yet. The melatonin seems to take the edge off her anxiety. Our problem is whenever she is anxious she won't eat any "treats". I have to catch her before she gets too bad and hide it in lunch meat.
