  • Great for pet rats!

    By on

It does get a little messy, like other people said, but in my experience, it's very easy to clean. Especially if you clean it often, which you should if you have any kind of rodents. My female rats use it well. They do take a couple pieces out of the litter pans every so often, but it's not much. This litter helps with odor and it's really saving me money (I used to use a paper bedding). With this stuff, you can spot clean a lot easier instead of dumping it all in the trash every single time.

  • Disgusting

I personally hate this litter for my rabbit. I clean it every single day, but I have to completely dump it and rinse the tray out in hot water every time. As soon as the litter gets any pee on it, it turns to mush and cannot be scooped easily. I should have read the description better because it does say it is made of clay. That’s exactly the texture that occurs after it’s been used; mushy, sticky clay stuck to the litter tray.

  • Super messy!

    By on

We bought this for our 3 ferrets and oh what a mess!!! They seem to enjoy playing in it rather than using it for its intended purpose. The cage, which we clean daily, has been a complete mess since purchasing this. I would not recommend using this litter.

  • Great stuff

Trained my rats in one week with this litter. I keep it in litter box in a corner, they took to it right away. Don't have to have bedding all over cage, they use litter box and really helps with odors.

  • Not The Best

This litter absorbs the pee, however, it is so messy and doesn't absorb the smell that much. Definitely going to try a different kind.

  • No training required??

    By on

We popped this into a litter box two days after bribing our rats home so they’d get used to it, and overnight they began using it almost exclusively! I dunno if they’re just that smart or this product is just that great, but I’ll take it either way!

  • Great for Hamsters

    By on

Love this litter for hamsters. Mine instantly started to pee there insted of all over in her cage. ( if you get this don’t expect the hamsters to poop there too tho, they can’t control where they poop at.) over all it’s amazing tho!

  • Quite the Mushy Mess

    By on

It does pretty good. The thing I don't care for is it turns into a mushy mess fast. We have to scrub out the liter pan every time we empty it which is 2-3x a week. I wish it'd clump instead of mush!!
