Helped with litter training
on Apr 26, 2021
I have a large litter pan for my bunny, so it doesn't last but a few days with the way I clean it. Not the best at smell control. But it still is a good product. Helped my bunny use his litter pan.
Messy and stinky

These pellets clump together when wet and it is a nasty mess to clean. They also prove no odor control. I will not be purchasing these again for my rabbit. I think I will just stick to the cat litter.
Good for Bunnies
on Jan 14, 2021
I use some plastic liners (2) with a thin layer of this and sometimes a little shredded paper for the potty. Bunny loved and used it all the time....and then stopped but vet says will change when she gets "fixed". Less spraying afterward, we are hoping. It is a bit messy. Use lots of cage cleaner and paper towels then all is fine! :-)
Litter with paper bedding
on Dec 11, 2020
while this is not absorbent so you will have to use a paper bedding or a blanket that is semi-frequently (once a week, more or less) switched out. This does keep bunny poop on top so you can quickly scoop out the poop and not have to use as much paper bedding as when it is wet is when you throw it out rather than constantly throwing out mostly good bedding.
stains and liquid makes it goopy
on Nov 17, 2020
I came into this litter with high hopes, as it was recommended to me. However, it was very goopy when wet. I don’t even know how to explain it. Left horrible stains on the bin. It was more dusty than expected as well. For 8lbs a bag, it really doesn’t fill the bin or last long either. Just get paper litter as it’s safer and doesn’t turn into some clay mush.
Bag too small
on Nov 12, 2020
My only frustration is this comes in a small 8 lb bag... Need to sell in a 40 lb like you do with cat litter. Too expensive for long time use. Will need to look for another option once our new bunny is litter trained.
Great product but not cost effective
on Sep 17, 2020
I tried this out for my rats in their potty corners and it does a great job of controlling smell, but found that I was going through it pretty fast. At $1 per pound it's a bit expensive compared to most litters so I'll be seeking alternate solutions. I'd love to see it sold in like $20 for 30lb or more bags for a decent discount, like I get for Yesterday's News litter instead of $8 for 8lbs on sale.
Hint..but it really works

This product is great, I have a bunny and I used to put just hay in his litter box till I realized that it’s bad for them to eat the hay that they pooped at peed. so I was browsing through litter I found this so I gave it a try and he loved it! But i didn’t know it was clay so when he peed in it it all got stuck to the bottom so I had to scrape it off and if that happens to you try and put puppy pads at the bottom that what I did!
