I have two aggressive does, and these are wonderful. I clip them to the cage door so that I don’t have to stick my hand in the cage and stress everyone out. Everyone is a lot happier now, and I don’t have to worry about being bit.
They have to step into the bin to get to the hay.

I don't think this is going to work for our guinea pigs. They don't like to eat food they have stepped on. Pickiest eaters I've ever seen! I thought I could have the pellets in the front and hay in the back, but it doesn't work for either since the hay is pulled onto the pellets. Idea is good, but the proportions or something just doesn't work. I'm still looking for a hay feeder that stops so much waste.

I purchased this for my one bunny, to try and see if it would help keep the cage cleaner. He's quite a messy bun and this really helps! I plan to get another one for my other bunny. The size is perfect and they both eat out of it. I just use it for hay. I have separate bowls for pellets. I recommend this product!
Definitely recommend for rabbits!

My bun bun (rabbit) enjoys this. I’m glad she actually uses it. It helps keep the hay together and not get wasted and I love how I can put her food and pellets at the bottom easy for her to get to. She likes to hide behind it for some reason but so far so good!
It’s kinda bulky

I got this for my rabbit. It sticks out a bit, so I have it resting on the floor of her pen.
Great Timothy Bin

The Timothy bin that came was black and a little big but otherwise it was great. Luna, my Syrian hamster loves Timothy hay and normally she spread it around There was a small gate on the top (not shown in picture) but it helps keep the Timothy in the bin
Live it! Rabbit approves.

I got this because my rabbit was wasting her food by digging it out of every other dish I have tried and I dislike having loose hay all over the cage floor. This dish is great because not only does it keep the hay off the floor, my rabbit no longer digs her food out of the dish. If you pack the hay in, then it is enough for the day. Even if it isn't, it's quick and easy to refill. I will be buying 2 more of these dishes for my other rabbits.

After buying one of these, we bought two more for the other cages. We love these because they save room in the cage allowing more room for activity. They are much "neater" compared to the ones that come with the cages about keeping hay in. We use these solely for hay. We agree with other reviewers that (for us) some guinea pigs had difficulty accessing hay with pellets in front. We do love the fact that the grate comes out for easy cleaning and have used them without it on occasions for the more particular pigs.

We bought these to put in our indoor bunny cages because a lot of hay was being wasted. This solved the problem! They are easy get in and out of the cages if needed. The clips are kind of flimsy, we had to replace one, but even that was easy and inexpensive. I would recommend these.
