I assumed I'd be able to fit a treat under the carrots, but I assumed wrong. This game is useless for my bun. 10 seconds and he's done. It is cute though so I give 2 stars for design theory.
Miss Andy the Bun really didn't get into them. Checked them out once than hopped away. She won't interact with it at all. It's good quality it's just the bun didn't like it.
Holes under the carrots are very deep and narrow, my bunnies had no interest except to throw it around. They liked throwing the carrots, but the dye ran and transferred when tossed into the water dish. Might be good for a rat or mouse.
This toy is so unsafe and so poorly made.. I would really like my money back. The holes for treats are way too deep for any rodent to get the treat out of. It's a cute idea, but it's very poorly executed. When my guinea pigs tried to get to the treats, they couldn't get them out. Holes should be wider and much more shallow. The wood stain on the base also rubbed off on the treats! So unsafe! This wood doesn't seem to be safely treated nor is it sanded properly. Very dissatisfied.
The openings that hold the carrots are too small. It is about a thumb size opening. My bunny could not get the pellets so she tossed the entire thing. Thank goodness I didn’t mount it t
