Half of the food was ut the box.

When I received my order. I opened up the box that had the WILD FINCH WILD BIRD FOOD in it. I saw the bag had been taped closed. So I didn't think much about it

When I received my order. I opened up the box that had the WILD FINCH WILD BIRD FOOD in it. I saw the bag had been taped closed. So I didn't think much about it. Until I opened a box of the cat food (had came in the same shipping box) and saw bird food all over the cans of cat food. So I went and got my scale to weigh it. It was only an half if bags of bird food. I paid for 8 lbs. of food and you only deliver 4 pounds 2 oz.

I Love the quick delivery, but.....

For the second time in a row, when I received my seed, the bags were busted in the box... left a trail of seed thru the house to the back yard. I'm sure it's how

For the second time in a row, when I received my seed, the bags were busted in the box... left a trail of seed thru the house to the back yard. I'm sure it's how the box is tossed on it's way to delivery, but I pretty much lost half a bag of seed. Thankfully, with a dust pan and broom I recovered a quarter of it, glad the birds don't follow the 5-second rule.

The birds love the food. I, on the other hand, had to clean up the spilled birdseed in the box and on the floor. Better care is needed to pickup items from the shelf,

The birds love the food. I, on the other hand, had to clean up the spilled birdseed in the box and on the floor. Better care is needed to pickup items from the shelf, and inspect contents for tears before sealing the box. This was my third torn bag. I don't need a replacement.
