How long does the 11lb bucket last?

Answer by ChewyMay 17, 2025
It is recommended to feed 120 grams per day to mature horses and 60-120 grams to growing horses. The included scoop is 60 grams. The 11 pound bucket would last one mature horse approximately 41 days.

Amazing It works !

I don't often review products but this one definitely deserves a five star review. My horse has struggled with a watery heingott and messy rear. With in sixty days

I don't often review products but this one definitely deserves a five star review. My horse has struggled with a watery heingott and messy rear. With in sixty days he has been completely clean no watery hind gut. I can also tell the difference in his personality. He seems much more happy and comfortable. It did take a full 60 days to kick in fully. This is now my third pale. And I can definitely say this product worked for my horse.

Trying this for hindgut ulcers

My horse has been on this for a month. He was having some hoof issues so ended up on bute and stall rest without enough enough hay, despite my best intentions

My horse has been on this for a month. He was having some hoof issues so ended up on bute and stall rest without enough enough hay, despite my best intentions. He has been scoped and has had ulcers in the past. I put him on Gastrogard as well but he was not a happy horse! Trying to bite, uncooperative, antsy, and sticking is tongue out of his mouth and flipping it around a lot. So I decided to do some research and looked at all KERS-Kentucky Equine Research products. This product was less expensive than the Equishure for ulcers so I tried it. I thought it was doing nothing-until it was doing something! Suddenly he was calm, he was cooperative, his tongue was back in his mouth and dare I say it, he’s happy! I’m keeping him on this! It did take almost a month to kick in but we’re in a good place now.
