gorgeous and practical

do you remember the episode of spongebob where squidward travels thru time? i wanted to make a tank that represented a time period squidward might have stepped into - a time long after humans, when strange flora and fauna has taken over the earth again. fitting for a vinegaroon, an animal that truly looks like it came from another time and space. this skull is perfect as it’s not gaudy or tacky like a halloween decoration, it’s smooth on the outside and inside, and when positioned and packed with substrate correctly it has an upstairs and a downstairs. most importantly, my vinegaroon seems to really enjoy it. he loves going under it, inside of it, and even fits thru the eye sockets. i love watching him go into the skull and out the eyes. a little pricey but worth it to really make my vision complete.

Perfect aquarium skull!

We did a pretty exhausted look at aquarium skulls online before finally buying this one. It doesn't have the lower jaw which make it feel less 'Halloween decor'

We did a pretty exhausted look at aquarium skulls online before finally buying this one. It doesn't have the lower jaw which make it feel less 'Halloween decor'. Double check the dimension because I was a little disappointed at the size when we first opened it up. However for my 26 gallon tank, it's a great choice.
