Seems Like A Good Toy
By MelO on Dec 30, 2020 Top 50 Contributor
It is well made, I'm sure it is a hit with many dogs, but for some reason my puppy isn't all that interested in it. I have added treats to it, including the spray-in stuff Kong makes which he goes nuts for but pretty much ignored. I was hoping to use this to stuff a bully stick in to make it more challenging for him, but even with that added to this toy he was just not excited about it. I rated it 4 simply for the reason of my puppy not enjoying it, but I think it's probably worth a 5 if your own dog(s) like this type of toy. I'm just going to give it to my neighbor's puppy, because he's not as picky!

Heavy for our mid-sized dog, but almost works
By Vlad on Jan 15, 2021
Our mid-sized dog (Border-Collie mix) doesn't chew it, or carry it around, but will chase it when playing. She just can't do anything with it once she pounces on it, .. picks it up and takes a few steps with it and has to drop it. We tried 3 other chews/toys also: GoughNuts Ring Dog Toy, West Paw Zogoflex Hurley Tough Dog Chew Toy, KONG Classic Dog Toy. The Zogoflex works the best for us.

Kong toys are great!
By Mimm2five on Jan 10, 2021
We love Kong products at our house! Our very large puppy is an enthusiastic chewer and is happy to spend 15-20 minutes working on her Goodie Bone stuffed with treats and peanut butter. Then she goes back later to make sure she licked up all the flavor. Kong toys are well thought through in design and durability. No loose or brittle parts to shatter, be pulled apart and swallowed.

Not indestructible
By MJATNB on Jan 8, 2021
I'll give it a 4 star rating because my dobies love this thing. However, they did manage to destroy one after only a couple months. It came apart in chunks so I had to watch closely that they did not swallow. Eventually had to toss it. Overall a very good toy.

Not durable
By ShepherdMom on Dec 10, 2020
The first night my dog was given this toy I put a bone chew in it and he already started breaking the rubber off the toy. You can tell from my pictures that one side is demolished while the other doesn’t have a mark. That is because my dog literally only had it for 2 hours.

Doggy approved.
By sunshinemomma on Dec 4, 2020
I have previously only tried the classic Kong. I bought this bone as well as the ball to have a few different options on hand, as we have several dogs. I think overall, they like the classic best, but one of the dogs does like to carry this bone around. He seems to appreciate the easy-to-carry shape. I was initially concerned that the rubber around the openings for treats would be easier to tear apart, but so far that hasn't happened.

Kongs seem to not be what they used to be!
By California on Dec 4, 2020
My senior dog with missing teeth was able to bite off pieces of this after 3 weeks of very minimal chewing. I had the same experience with a basic Kong last week. Kongs must not be as sturdy as they were. Dogs love to chew on and play with them, and they are very good for their gum and teeth health, but be sure to never leave them unsupervised while they are chewing.

Great for giant breeds!
By Natasha on Dec 4, 2020
I have a 1 year old, 120 pound, Cane Corso. He destroys toys in minutes. This one has lasted the longest! He absolutely loves this toy. It has lasted weeks and it’s still ‘alive’ now. We don’t put anything in the holes. He just likes to chew on it plain. The toy is heavy but with this big of dog, it is perfect.

this model is kind of pointless
By Melinda on Jan 15, 2021
I thought my puppy would like this to chew on but he doesn’t care about it. It’s good to put treats in but normal kongs are better in that regard. Not terrible but not for us.

Love this treat bone
By Annie5100 on Jan 17, 2021
Rudy loves this treat bone. It keeps him busy while we eat. We put cheese whiz in it or yogurt and freeze. Great product. Especially for a cattledog!
