Love This Chew!

I love this chew, so does my 8 month old Doberman. I don't have to worry about him cracking a tooth, it's a great size for him to hold and chew on, and he doesn't seem to be leaving a mark on it after chewing. I feel confident leaving him alone with this chew. Once in awhile I will stuff the ends with peanut butter, but he likes it when there's nothing in it.

Perfect for a super chewer!!

My puppy is a super chewer!! I haven't even filled this with a treat, and she takes it everywhere and hasn't done any damage to it yet! I love the quality and we've had a lot less chewed items in the house (that she's not supposed to chew!)

Kong treat bone

This is our third Kong bone. Our Yorkie has worn the first two out. She is now 3 so, this is a great value. Most resilient chew we have ever purchased

Good for intense chewer

one of our dogs is a very intense chewer which limits what she can have - this is great. Only issue we have had is we have 2 dogs and they love to make every toy a "tug toy". The one dog has a crazy strong grip and for tugging it has split in a few spots...but still holding together.

Difficult to Pull Food From

have 3 of these; 2 small ones and this larger size. Stuff them with chicken roll food, 100% pumpkin, peanut butter - senior dog and 2 pups seem to all have difficulty and frustration with them. Tend to walk away from them after a very short while. Would be great on description if there's other food suggestions that we could try stuffing these with. Otherwise, they are rugged, durable and won't break apart

Smaller than previous one

Very disappointed that this bone was listed as the large size while it is much smaller than the large size Kong bones I have purchased before.

Kong Goodie Bone

This is a great toy by Kong. The puppies both love it and they don't seem to be able to destroy it.

not good for hard chewers

Have pit bull puppy who LOVES it but she has cracked the area between the 2 ends and I bet in the next month/weeks it may have to be tossed out due to plastic fragments. Sad :(

It's still intact!

Our toy- destroying Border Terrier has not been able to put a dent in this bone. Yay! He likes chewing on it and am happy that he can't break a tooth on it.

Not For Aggressive Chewers

Kong products are usually the best on the market, even for heavy chewers because they don’t usually have things that you can be ripped off. When this arrived and I saw the little tiny pointy things that hold the treats I was afraid that my 7-month old, 8-pound Chihuahua mix puppies would be able to rip off a piece. Therefore, I watched them like a hawk and twice they were able to rip off a small piece. I only caught the second one as she was swallowing it. Shortly thereafter, she threw up but not the piece of rubber. In the trash it went.
