not tough AT ALL.

Day one, significant tears. Day two, shreds everywhere. One week in and it’s trashed. All with supervised play. I specifically bought this because my dog loves soft toys but goes through them quickly. I thought Kong was a reputable brand for making tough toys, and I’m very disappointed with this outcome. A toy designed to be tough should not be destroyed in a week by a 40lb dog that’s being supervised and playing with me. Squeakers already out and a vacuum full of shredded yarn.

pleasantly surprised with how long they last

My american bully/boxer first saw one of these when my sisters dog came over to my house with one. That night my boy absolutely fell in love with his toy. He was so attached to it, bringing it outside to potty with him and to go eat with him. He did not leave it for 5 seconds. I was surprised that he didnt destroy it that night. So I decided to get him his own. Hes so happy with these. They only last about two weeks, or maybe a month if were lucky. but to me thats a long time for my power chewer. Id spend the 11-15 dollars every 2-4 weeks for my baby to be happy <3

Tons of fun!

My 2 50+lb dogs love this toy. It gets destroyed in 1 day of tug. The younger, 10mth LabDoodle, will begin to disassemble foxy pretty quickly until the rope is visible. Then all or part comes out. The skin is tossed and pulled on by the 2 until there are shreds. This can be about a week. The rope last longer and they hold onto to it and pull and growl until one gives in. We're on #2 as it's so much fun for them. 4 stars because it tears easily and they have a ball with it.

great chew toys for a large chewing dog

I have tried many different toys over the years for my dog who loves to chew. up till now, the only thing she hasn't destroyed was rubber Kong toys. This animal changed the situation. other than loosing an ear, she hasn't been able to do any other damage to the toy. these "Knots" toys are great.

Last longer than most

Overall this toy last pretty long considering the material. My lab & mutt (pit/lab) love it! They use it as tug of war and just rough with it all around. We only have to replace every 5 months. It's worth the money for a softer toy... my toes find all the hard toys easily.

Tough Tugger

Good for dogs that like to play tug. Flexible body makes it easy to catch and hold onto. Easily washed. Long lasting. The interior rope knots get chewed on eventually but it lasts a long time compared to other stuffed toys.

Holds up well

We’re always looking for toys that will interest Pippa but that she doesn’t immediately chew up. This one works. Pippa is 65# and while not an aggressive chewer, she doesn’t just carry them around either. It’s a good value for the money.

Emma's Toy Kitty

Emma really loves this toy. She hasn't even chewed out the noise maker. It's perfect for playing both fetch and tug of war. I can't believe that it's still in one piece, minus a bit of filling and some strings. My only fault with it is that it's painful when she hides it under me when I'm asleep. She loves chewing on her toys and this one provides everything that she likes.

C’mon Kong!

This fox has no more ears due to a little extra effort from our dog. He’s not the biggest chewer and really just likes to carry toys and play he took the ears right off and swallowed them. Which isn’t the toy makers fault that he eats everything. 4 stars is just cause I thought Kong was the toughest brand and here we are. I’m not likely to buy this toy again

my dog loves it

I would describe my dog as a 50lb aggressive chewer. She doesn’t shred her toys as often as a bone or treat but definitely did destroy this one. It’s now a rope with thread hanging off and she’s still obsessed with it.
