The cone itself is fine. The problem is that it comes folded into a small triangle of sorts. You can never get the creases out no matter what you do. I even turned

The cone itself is fine. The problem is that it comes folded into a small triangle of sorts. You can never get the creases out no matter what you do. I even turned them inside out and placed a giant bowl inside them for a month, all to no avail. They still collapse in on themselves. Just horrible packaging due to trying to save money on shipping. Skimping on shipping has made the product completely unusable and useless. Just so frustrating!!!

I don’t understand how you are supposed to fluff this after it comes folded and creased. It collapses on itself no matter what, and a blow dryer or clothing steamer melts it. The shipping is the issue, it might be fine otherwise but the way it’s packaged made it unusable.

Soft yet effective

My little dog gets an itchy face because he snuffs around in the grass all the time, so if I need to be away where I can’t keep an eye on him, I put the Kong collar

My little dog gets an itchy face because he snuffs around in the grass all the time, so if I need to be away where I can’t keep an eye on him, I put the Kong collar on him so that he doesn’t scratch himself raw. Because it is soft, he tolerates it well and it protects him perfectly. So glad to have found this solution for the both of us. He is 7 pounds and has the XS Kong.

The size small is perfect for my 9.8 lb cat as she recovers and is not allowed to lick her rear - she can only lick the tip of her tail. She hasn’t been able to

The size small is perfect for my 9.8 lb cat as she recovers and is not allowed to lick her rear - she can only lick the tip of her tail. She hasn’t been able to remove it for at least 5 days and has been able to eat, drink, and move as normal. Wish I bought a second one so I could wash one and swap it every once in a while - it collects hair and schmutz from wet food/medicine etc. Would recommend!
