A big hit with all our cats
Our cats love this toy! We initially got two, and after many, many hours of play, our three cats wore them into pieces and we eventually had to take them away, even though the cats did not want to give them up. We bought three more and all three cats were very excited to see them. These toys are large, but our smallest cat will trot through the house carrying one with great pride once he has "defeated" it. The combination of different fabric textures, catnip, and crinkle sounds seems to please them. I will definitely buy these again!
Lost Immediately
I bought this along with a Kong mouse. It has been missing since I gave it to my cats. Happens with a lot of cat toys. It will turn up soon and I will see them playing with it. They seem to hide things for later!!
For the arm scratchers
This toy is a fantastic way to redirect play that has become aggressive towards human arms and hands. They can bite it, chew it, lick it, scratch it, bunny kick it... Macaroni is 15 pounds of muscle and has a heart filled with violence. This is the best toy for getting his need for rough play met. I have seen smaller cats, or those who play less intensely, be scared of this. It is big like a dog toy.
Product Ok
Product is well made - You just can't be sure your cat will enjoy it. I have two Cats and neither one of them are interested in playing with this. I even wrapped it up with cat nip to infuse the sent - they just look at me like yeah, so what. I have 2 Senior Cats - so maybe younger cats will enjoy it more. My Female cat enjoyed getting in the Chewy Box more than the toy. So this order was not completely lost - Cat got another box to jump into.
Favorite toy
My cats LOVE this toy. They grab it, hug it and kick with their back legs. One of them bites it like he really has something. SO glad I bought it since it gives them lots of fun and entertainment.
Fell apart in a few days
I chose a Kong toy for my cats because of the brand's reputation for ultra-tough dog toys. I assumed this would be durable too. You know what happens when one assumes, right? One-half of the Kickeroo Cuddler is made of burlap, which is extremely hard to sew securely because of its coarse weave. Within a week, the burlap unraveled more than halfway around the middle of the toy. I rescued the torn Kickeroo just in time to avoid having stuffing strewn all over the house. The cats loved the toy, but it was sadly lacking in durability. This could easily be fixed by substituting corduroy or some other material for the burlap. Shame on you, Kong, for dropping the ball on this one.
Kickin' Good Fun!
All of my cats love these kickeroos! Cats kick with their hind paws for protection so these toys help them get their exercise. I make sure I have enough for each of my cats to have a Kickeroo. Each morning I spray a little extra catnip on the toys and toss them into the middle of the floor. My cats can smell the catnip and come running into the front room. Each cat grabs a kickeroo and then lays there holding on and kicking it. These don't last forever and some last longer/shorter than others, depending on how much your cat kicks it. So worth it!
Fun wish didn't have catnip in it
The cats like this toy but with the catnip in it one cat goes crazy and the other cat who needs to have more activity just acts drunk and goes to bed. Wish the toy gave us the option to have the catnip in it or not put any catnip in it.
Fun for all!
I bought this toy for the 8 month old kitten that we adopted about a month ago. He plays with it some but our 15 year old cat loves it! The dogs are also thrilled with it, They swing it around by the fluffy tail with lots of commentary.
Falling apart
My cats love kickeroos. This one is unraveling in less than a week where the burlap meets the fabric.
