KONG Play Spaces Tiki Twirl Cat Toy

I have two cats- one could care less about this scratcher (he enjoys the one shaped like a cactus, actually). But the other cat? He is always on island time, baby. I have had Kong Island for so long and it's held up so well, I have only just recently made a repair. My cat Avi uses it so frequently that the sisal came undone and the leaves were shredded, but I snipped off a leaf or two, trimmed the fibers, and rewrapped the posts with the sisal that had come unglued over time, and it's still going strong. The size was much smaller than I expected, but it has never deterred Avi, who is a kaiju compared to Kong Island. Does he sometimes knock it over or pull it to the floor while he's scratching it? Yes. Does he continue to scratch it while it's on its side? Also yes. It's his vacation home and he loves it. The bird is ignored by both cats, but I find it really conveys the chill island vibe, so it has stayed.

They love the scratching post. They don’t play with it very much. It’s so cute!
