Great for tug-of-war

My 9 month old dog is going through her second phase of teething so she wants to pick apart and shred things. Because this is a Kong, I thought this would be tougher

My 9 month old dog is going through her second phase of teething so she wants to pick apart and shred things. Because this is a Kong, I thought this would be tougher than other brand of rope toys, but within five minutes she was pulling out threads.

The Bunji makes all the difference

Usually I avoid tug of war as it hurts my wrists. Our boy loves it, so that was a bummer. The bunji stretch of the rope cushions that wrist impact. Love this!! I

I have rarely been disappointed by a Kong toy, but this is definitely one of this times. Like other reviewers noted, the middle section frays and breaks apart with minimal chewing very quickly. We had it for 1 day before it became unusable. The sides hold up really well, but Kong needs to improve the design so the middle section is just as durable. It’s not terrible, but it’s not the best and it’s definitely not worth the price. Frisco has a similar toy that is way better and lasts a lot longer.

Holds up well to vigorous puppies playing tug of war

This toy has held up well with our two energetic puppies playing tug of war without any signs of fraying. They thoroughly enjoy playing with it together or individually

This toy has held up well with our two energetic puppies playing tug of war without any signs of fraying. They thoroughly enjoy playing with it together or individually and of course if one of them has it, the other comes along to try to steal it away. They currently weigh about 38 pounds to give you some idea if this might also work well for your pups. Might not have worked as well had they been closer in weight to our previous puppies who were 55 pounds at 5 months old and as adults grew to 80 and 110 pounds respectively. Highly recommend this product.

Love the stretch!

My two pit mixes and I love these. They love the pull and tug, and I love that it saves my arm from getting wrenched off. The dogs toss and chew the toy as well,
