Not so durable this time
By HappyInFLA on Jan 16, 2021
I have ordered several of these balls, and was shocked when I gave one to my neighbor's dog - since he always loved my dog's squezz balls -- and he tore through it in 15 minutes!!!! I actually told my neighbor that Sky (white/yellow lab) would never tear through a Kong ball -- yikes - I felt so bad. However recently - my dog (golden retriever) ripped a Kong frisbee - so maybe Kong is starting to slack on their products.... Please bring back quality - and thank you to Chewy to standing by their products. They refunded the frisbee that lasted less than an hour.... :-( Now this ball (although only a couple of dollars) - it's the fun that it's important.

Durable Toy!
By goldenbelle6 on Jan 14, 2021
we recently adopted a 15 month old golden retriever who seemingly hasn't been exposed to toys. every soft toy we've introduced him to he would destroy so we gave this one a try since we have good experiences with past dogs and toys by KONG. this one did NOT disappoint! he hasn't destroyed it or been able to chew off parts of it. he still has interest in it. it squeaks but not crazy loud and it takes some good chew pressure to make that happen. plus it's easy to clean. also there's a hole down the middle of it so if you want to bring it with you on a walk to get your dog's attention it makes it easy to hold onto with a finger. definitely worth getting and the price point is great!

These Kong balls are the best!
By Mimi on Jan 7, 2021
These Kong balls are the only ones I buy for my GSD, as he will destroy a tennis ball or like item in a couple of days. He is big boy and loves to play ball more than anything else. Playtime include games of catch with Mom or anyone else who will opt in. He will play ball by himself when others are too busy, tossing it in the air and then fetching it. He also likes to chew on it, making it squeak. When the squeaker no longer works, he still chews on it. He is 7 now, and I have never had an issue with these balls. After months of chewing, the balls will finally separate in the same place leaving two pieces, and both pieces are too large for him to swallow accidentally. He has a ton of fun and I know he is safe and happy. … more

My lab mix is obsessed with tennis balls but loves the squeaky ones the best. Other than those and her rope, she doesn’t play with other toys. We rarely buy the squeaky tennis balls anymore because they were expensive and she wears them out and breaks the squeaker within hours. I bought one of these to try instead and was happy that she immediately loved it! I’ve bought several since and have been pleased with how long they lasted. They don’t last forever but they lasted weeks or months instead of hours or days. For the price of just a few dollars it is totally worth the money. She isn’t a heavy chewer but does love to squeak the ball obsessively and also fetch it. I also appreciate that the My lab mix is obsessed with tennis balls but loves the squeaky ones the best. We now keep several on hand at all times and she picks a favorite each day to play with. … more

My dogs fav ball
By Liki on Jan 18, 2021
I have 3 dogs—2 small 15 lb pineranians with small mouths and one medium beagle/dachshund mix with like a young lab size jaw and they all loved this ball. I actually ordered another one so they’d have 2, and they prefer them over the kong orange/blue. This ball has just enough texture for my smallest one to chew and grip and she can also make it squeak sometimes. It’s well made and they like the plasticky rubbery surface to bite on.

Best toy ever!
By Sharon on Jan 4, 2021
I bought one of these toys a while back and my lab loves it! I have gotten her 4 or 5 since the first one, because I truly find it amusing when she squeaks it! Eventually, it will break (but the squeaker always ends up inside the toy), so I replace it. We recently moved to Utah, and this toy has become impossible to find. I was thrilled to get a new one from Chewy. I bought the large size this time and my pup can squeak it just as well- she will find it and squeak it on command!!!

Tough enough
By Michelle on Jan 18, 2021
This is the only ball small enough for my Boston Terrier’s tiny-dog mouth that can last more than a day or two due to her high energy and big-dog playing habits. It usually lasts about a month before falling apart at the glued seams. Only downside is that the squeaker usually dies after about a day. If the squeaker lasted longer, I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

not well made
By doglover on Jan 9, 2021
I bought these for my dogs for Christmas and they were destroyed with in 30 minutes. The squeaker was enticing and even the chewing of a 25 lb mutt cracked the plastic Disappointed but did not pay alot - not worth it even a the lower price. the Chuck It green Erratic Ball has been a much better purchase - the dogs chew on it like gum and after 4 months of play and chewing - still all in one piece

My doggos love these and haven't destroyed them yet!
By SqueakyKongBall on Jan 19, 2021
My pit bull destroys most toys easily. She loves these squeaky balls. With all of the time I hear her chomping on them and making them squeak, you would think that the balls would be in pieces. They don't even have a hole in them. We got a few extras of these because they get lost in the yard more than getting chewed and destroyed.

Sam loves to squeak!
By Amicle on Jan 9, 2021
My 65lb mix breed's favorite thing to do is squeak and destroy... I have bought MANY balls with squeakers in them - all were in the trash within an hour. I bought this ball in October and just ordered a replacement. It stopped squeaking a couple weeks ago but was still good for chasing. (Sam chewed it to bits the other day.) KONG toys never disappoint - this ball is no different.
