How much can I can and too 1 gallon of water

For Water Dosage: Using the smaller of the enclosed scoops (125 mg measure), place two scoops of vitamin powder in each ounce of drinking water. Using the larger of the enclosed scoops, place one scoop of vitamin powder per two cups of drinking water. The vitamins will dissolve slowly without mixing. A fresh solution should be mixed daily to ensure potency. For Food Dosage: Your bird will need only half the small scoop dosage suggested in drinking water when mixed into food that will be complete eaten. During stress or sickness, double the recommended dosage. Keep the container closed when not in use. Store below 72F and at low humidity.

Lafeber Avi-Era Powdered Bird Vitamins is suitable for all birds.
Does the ingredients list on back contain vitamin C and iodine? Only see that on the front but not in ingredients list?

Is this a probiotic for parakeets

The Lafeber Avi-Era powdered bird vitamins do not contain a pre or probiotic. These vitamins are designed to supplement birds who have a nutritional deficiency or are at risk of nutritional deficiencies from selective dietary consumption (seed mix, human food diets), incomplete diets, overwhelming stress and medical diseases. When mixed with water or sprinkled on food as directed and consumed by the bird, this vitamin supplement provides the patient with the 13 essential vitamins along with iodine for improved overall health.

Great Product!

Very complete formula for my two rescue canaries. But bottle is way too big! They won't be able to consume it before it expires and I will have to throw it away. I hope a smaller bottle will be offered in the future.

Lafeber's Avi-Era Bird Vitamins

These vitamins are just what the Vet ordered. Powder dissolves easily in my parrot's water, and gives her all the vitamins she needs.

This vitamin is awesome. Easy to use and my bird has perked up immediately. I mix it in the water. Either my bird can't tell or just really likes it. I highly recommend.

Most people do not realize older birds need their vitamins which makes them hard to find. Thank you for having them for Skittles (20 year old) Conure still going strong!

Good supplement

Like these vitamins for my African Grey, because can be added to his water. Even though he eats well, pellet, seed, fresh fruits, veggies, eggs, pasta, nuts I like knowing he is getting all the vitamins he needs daily. But if you have an egg laying female you should add calcium. I was disappointed in the short expiration date on this purchase of these vitamins 9-28-23 I ordered before I was out, these will expire before I use all of it

Not what I was looking for

I need a calcium supplement for my African Grey. I bought this thinking it contained calcium because of the answer under questions. Calcium D Pantothenic is not a calcium supplement. It is a B vitamin. This may be a good source of vitamins, but not what I was looking for. In addition, the box top was missing and container was not sealed.

Hi my mom gave me this on my food and man do I like it. All of a sudden I started feeling different than I have in my 17 years I have never laid an egg but oh boy I stared laying a lot of eggs like 5 or6 a week as long as mom gave this to me. She stopped because it made her worried and is going to take me or call a vet before she gives me anymore. She started giving it to me because my beautiful feathers were not retuning after a moly around my neck and upper body. Does anyone out there know of this happening to another feather friend like me. I was always so beautiful. I am a picky eater but she works so hard to find me favorite foods.

Lafeber Avi-era Bird Vitamin

Micheal has been doing a lot of preening and picking of his feathers. I tried other products and then I came across this from Chewy. Michael is much happier and has stopped picking at his feathers! I couldn’t be happier with this product!
