Not as advertised

The photos make it look like a fluffy, sturdy couch. It was flat and floppy (even after fluffing up the stuffing as much as possible). The back would only stay up

The photos make it look like a fluffy, sturdy couch. It was flat and floppy (even after fluffing up the stuffing as much as possible). The back would only stay up if placed against a wall. Not enough stuffing to take out the "lounge" portion, but the zipper kept getting stuck anyway. Chewy was kind enough to refund. It's a fine kennel bed, so I'll donate it to a shelter in need.

it was jammed packed in a little box

I had to put the parts in dryer to expand them before putting them into bed however instructions do not indicate to do this... they were so flat n smashed in that

Not what was expected.

So in the looks the arms and back stand up for itself. It’s pretty lumpy. The filler is inconsistent in places. It looks like my 23lb cat had been on this for years

Looks nothing like photo or description

The product is not firm like it appears in the photo. The arms are not firm or supportive. The back does not stay up, everything just ends up flat.

Easy to assemble

I bought this for our medium sized cat, she took to it immediately. Soft and good support with enough room to stretch out. It reminds me of a couch with the bed

Thought it was a one piece little cozy sofa chair
