Wish I’d gotten one sooner

I have know about these for years, but for some reason, just never got around to it even though I’ve seen them in Houston and other people’s homes It works like

I have know about these for years, but for some reason, just never got around to it even though I’ve seen them in Houston and other people’s homes It works like a dream, I’ve got four litter boxes in relatively close proximity in one area of my house, so it’s with an easy reach of all of them, and no odor comes out Changing the bag is far easier than I expected and the extra large one will hold four days worth of litter, clumps, and stool from four cats so it saves me trips to the bin May get another for the other part of the house, definitely a worthwhile investment

Solves the litter problem

I use Dr. Elsey's Ultra litter, which is a great product. However, what to do with it after it clumps was an unsolved problem. I was using a lidded 4-gallon container

I use Dr. Elsey's Ultra litter, which is a great product. However, what to do with it after it clumps was an unsolved problem. I was using a lidded 4-gallon container. A mess! No more mess since I got Litter Genie XL for my two cats. Easy to use, clean, compact, odor free, sturdy, well designed, and holds a week of waste before replacement of the bag. If you have an unsolved litter problem, I recommend this product.

I like the fact that it fits the larger refills. Either mine didn’t come with springs for the closure fixture to keep the smell out or the springs were in the box

I like the fact that it fits the larger refills. Either mine didn’t come with springs for the closure fixture to keep the smell out or the springs were in the box and I accidentally threw them away (oops). Honestly, it’s not a big deal because the little door latches well so it keeps the smell confined to the inside very well. I have used this item for several years and I replace it every few years as they get old and the plastic gets old. I cannot recommend this product enough as it makes scooping much easier.

Terrible terrible design

Terrible design. Why would you make the opening tapered inward while you have a thin plastic bag full of feces and pee clumps to pull out of a NARROWING opening

Terrible design. Why would you make the opening tapered inward while you have a thin plastic bag full of feces and pee clumps to pull out of a NARROWING opening . It tears on every little sharp plastic corner as you are pulling this out of the top. Insanely bad design, do not buy this and get off of chewy

Manufacturing Defect

We purchased this one because the one we already have has been broken since we opened the box. Ironically, took this one out of the box, and voila, same problem

The tab that holds the top on, immediately broke when I opened the top. Its really disappointing. You can see even the back is malformed where the tab would be. Requesting a refund.

I wish I had thought to get this years ago! It’s so clean and easy to use. I used a trash can with a lid and bugs kept coming around. My daughter has an older model

This litter genie is great for my two cats. They use the litter pan A LOT but it has been great at controlling the smell and the bag is strong and lasts a surprisingly long time before having to change it. It is much more sanitary than dumping it into a trash bag/can because it seals off after every scooping.
