Could’ve been better
Usually chewy has great customer service and I have loved everything until This order. Not sure who dropped the ball maybe the manufacturer, maybe the packing department at chewy but this item was supposed to have come with 25 liners and 6 filters along with that other stuff. I install the litter robot and start unpacking and notice those two items aren’t there. Called chewy they said they could Give me a credit to purchase the items or return the whole thing. I go first to see what the cost is and for the liners, it’s says they can’t be shipped to california. I ask if they can just ship they said no. End of story I had to buy the missing items direct from the manufacturer.
A necessity!
I love my litter robot! Can’t believe I didn’t get this sooner. Easy to set up and my cats have taken to it very quickly Will save significantly on litter and now no need for litter box liners Went from daily cleaning to emptying once a week!
Best decision!
I really love the litter robot 4. I was a bit nervous with the price, but definitely worth it! I have 4 cats, 2 kittens and 2 older cats. Kittens took to it right away. The older cats took awhile, but they are comfortable using it now. It saves so much time and there is no stale smell!
Works great, very pleased.
Stupid expensive so I hope it's built to last, but its a great machine. Really keeps the smells in that box. Has a night light and weighs my kitten. Doesnt work with silicone litter, but works great with the Chewy brand clumbing clay litter.
Must have this
I love the litter robot. I noticed that stuff gets stuck on the bottom and doesn’t always fall off during the cycle. Also I didn’t receive the pod but I did receive the itdor trap pack.
100% Worth the Money
Saves me so much time and my house no longer smells like cat litter! It keeps my puppy from also sneaking in extra "tootsies" from the litter box. Make sure you dont over fill it though as it can cause some extra litter waste when it cycles.
GREATEST INVENTION
This machine is fantastic, no more scooping thru a litter box! After seeing how good my first Litter-Robot worked I am super happy that I bought this one as we now have 5 cats, what a time/work saver!
thought this was crazy but it works!
My friend talked me into this, she has it for her work cats, and she said I would love it. I have a loft that became a cat play room and wanted an emergency litter box up there that my cat sitters would not have to worry about cleaning when I am out of town. Seriously…cat used it in less than 24 hours after I set it up. It even has different litter than she is used to and yet she used it, then went back over to it when it started the cleaning cycle and she watched the whole thing. Then went back in to see what was up after the cleaning cycle. She had no fear of the box. The picture I am posting is her watching the cleaning cycle. I thought for sure it would take months for her to try it. Will update this review in a couple months to see if the other cat tries it and if it lasts and does not smell.
Best decision ever 100%
After, years of wanting and waiting desperately needing I was able to get a robot 4 Oh my goodness why did I wait so long? So many kids/Cats I have raised. Over the past 20 years I only wish those who lived long loved life, would’ve gotten to try it. Katrina my pioneer. I miss so much would’ve loved to see her or her sister’s reaction. But overall, it is the best thing I have ever purchased it saves me so much time definitely helps reduce Litter Waste Great notifications to let me know when it’s full needs empty when the kitty cats are playing with it or using it Can only recommend it to CAT parents those with multiple cats those with rescue for those who have just been skeptical like me Stop waiting I encourage you to at least give it a try. Whisker has a great customer service team and an awesome return system. If you should not find it works out, they are more than willing to take a I’m sure CHEWy will stand behind their sales and product do it for yourself, but most importantly, for your cats, your health,
Pricey but worth it
We were hesitant to invest this much in a litter box and it took a solid week to transition but both cats use it now. If you have 2 cats you will have the bin full in about 5-6 days.
